This is "the best" hotel in Mexico, Missouri. I would also venture to say that the have "the best cleaning staff" of all other hotels as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and found the staff and everyone to be very friendly and helpful.

This place is perfectly fine, but not much more. There was something floating in my orange juice at the breakfast buffet, and when I told the attendant about it, she acted like it happened all the time. Which worried me a little, and kept me away from the OJ when she brought out a new pitcher of it.
I was the recent guest at the Best Western Teal Lake Inn this past weekend with my wife and 3 year old twin sons. As you know, we are very unhappy with our stay in a smoking room. I specifically asked to inquire about getting two double beds and while the woman said that was unavailable, we confirmed that the room was a nonsmoking room. I didn’t even know smoking rooms still existed frankly. When we got home, we had to wash all our clothes and jackets and even our children. They all smelled of smoke I think it’s more than fair we get some sort of financial compensation as we didn’t get what we paid for. Frankly, we don’t travel to Mexico very often so given us a credit at your hotel does us no good. If it is a Best Western discount elsewhere, fine. What would make us happy frankly is a $50 credit on our credit card bill.
