I liked everything about the property but I think they should add some lighting in their terrace that is in between the rooms. some colored lights or something would be nice. We had a view from our room and at dark it is really dark

Hilton apto cm m $17.68 Ian’s will not never ever used this place again I dit pay in avance For everything And no one told me about Astra charge if some one tell me at first I will not get it I am very disappointing Never come back again

Construction noise from remodeling all night!! The location at terminal 1 is great, but pounding and hammering at night is unbearable.

Super convenient location inside of the airport, next to restaurants. Strong male perfume smell on bedroom halls and a huge hair wet hair ball on a corner outside of the bathtub :-/

They gave another costumer the key to our room and they were able to unlock the door, but luckily we had the latch on. The worse part it was around 11 pm when this happened. Very disappointing and scary

Decent restaurant. Rooms need a bit of updating:Bathroom

Very noisy scrapping on room next door until 1:00 am and started back at 7:00 am. Complained to front desk nothing done about it.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I paid 250 usd for a room that looked like a 25 dollar motel.... outdated dirty, etc...

They were courteous and fast at the time of check in. Didn’t take no more than i would say 5 minutes to go in to my room

Convenience hotel make it easier in the morning to take your flight. we like it

The carpet in the room is dirty. Everything else seems to be good.

We arrived in terminal 2 with a 9 hour layover at 4 pm. Hilton is in terminal 1 but getting there was super easy with the skytrain between terminals. We just showed them our hotel reservation and we were granted access to the skytrain. We needed to head back to terminal 2 at 11 pm at which time the skytrain was no longer running but the Hilton shuttled us for free. Super easy and was great to stretch our legs. The hotel is right at the food fair so lots of food options from fast food to fancy sit down. Another great experience with the Hilton

We deeply regret all problems mentioned, the comfort of our guest is the most important thing for us. My Maintenance Manager, who is copied on this message, is also concern about what happened in your room during your stay.
