Construction noise from remodeling all night!! The location at terminal 1 is great, but pounding and hammering at night is unbearable.

Super convenient location inside of the airport, next to restaurants. Strong male perfume smell on bedroom halls and a huge hair wet hair ball on a corner outside of the bathtub :-/

They gave another costumer the key to our room and they were able to unlock the door, but luckily we had the latch on. The worse part it was around 11 pm when this happened. Very disappointing and scary

Very noisy scrapping on room next door until 1:00 am and started back at 7:00 am. Complained to front desk nothing done about it.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I paid 250 usd for a room that looked like a 25 dollar motel.... outdated dirty, etc...

They were courteous and fast at the time of check in. Didn’t take no more than i would say 5 minutes to go in to my room

Convenience hotel make it easier in the morning to take your flight. we like it

The carpet in the room is dirty. Everything else seems to be good.

Hotel is located inside terminal 1, very convenient. Great for a short business trip.

I was so happy to be greeted and welcomed upon entering the lobby at the Hilton. i'd had a terrible late flight and was stranded in Mexico City for the night, and the ease of check in and getting into my room at the Hilton was a godsend. The room was quiet and comfortable, although a little run down. I didn't mind, I just took a hot shower, ordered room service and went to bed. Very pleasant experience.

this is a nice Hotel, the only thing I was not able to sleep from 11:50pm to 4:00am due to renovation on the floor above. I called reception and they said they could not do anything because the contractor had a permit to work overnight. Really?

Location is perfect inside terminal 1, good facilities and friendly staff

Excellent location! The room was a little small but it was very clean and had good amenities. The service in the restaurant was slow

The hotel is to far from the International terminal and there was no shuttle
