Our room's exterior-facing window overlooked a terrace that was illuminated throughout the night, and the window treatments were insufficient to block this light. Additionally, ongoing construction at the airport generated noise that was audible during the night. While the front desk and dining areas appear unaffected by this noise, it was noticeable in the guest rooms, particularly in ours. We acknowledge that these circumstances may be beyond the hotel's direct control, yet they did impact the overall guest experience.

Room was clean but had a strong “sewer” smell that never went away. Breakfast buffet was very good. Shower was pathetic rain shower, so plugged it just provided mist. Luckily there was a hand held option. Staff was good

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; however, $445 CAD for a basic king room is expensive for what is offered. The main advantage is convenience, as the hotel is located directly at the airport, which is ideal for early flights or short stays. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and came with unsalted potato chips, and the quality did not meet expectations. For a Hilton-branded property, I would have expected a much higher standard. There are better dining options within the hotel than the restaurant I visited. Overall, convenient location, but value for money and food quality could be improved.
