Hilton Mexico City Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Was charged more then what I was supposed to be paying for.

Mexico City Airport Hotel was very good. This was a fortress of sanity in a city of over 8 million. Rest of City wreaks of sewer gases. Visited many very historical places, traffic is a nightmare, take the cab.

The Hilton is conveniently located inside of Terminal 1 of MEX. The proximity to check in is ideal if you have an early morning flight. Rooms are basic and some, unfortunately, are not well ventilated. Nevertheless, for a one night stay it is a good value.

Nice location for the traveler in the Mexico City Airport.

One night stay only (gone most of the day). Room clean. Bed was comfortable. No noise. Staff was nice. No problems.

I stayed here two nights. I asked the bell hop about seeing the pyramids, he connected me with a driver/tour guide with reasonable prices. I had the best time seeing sights. I felt safe, informed, and the tour guide was worth every penny. I speak minimal English and everyone was super accommodating.

I really like this hotel. It is right at Terminal 1. No shuttles are needed if you arrive in Terminal 1. The rooms are clean and modern. There's a huge food court nearby with plenty of 24 hour stores. I feel really safe with all the airport security around. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is that the sound insulation is not very good. I can hear the airport announcement from the room. I do not recommend this hotel for light sleepers. Of course my friend who stayed near the Historic Center said he can hear sirens all night... Another bonus is that you don't have to fight the traffic to get to the airport.

The beds were small they were full-size beds. With two people sleeping on the bed you felt like you were on top of each other. We had to stay in Mexico City to catch another flight the next day. This hotel was very convenient because it was in the airport. It was really easy to find. And everybody was friendly and very helpful. And they spoke English.

The staff tríes hard and I felt safe here. Things seemed to be fine in the end, but the facilites do need some upgrades. I slept fine with earplugs since the runway is nearby...Yes, I loved the view of the runway...

The hotel staff were her Renda's in regards to customer service and the room itself smelled of a gym bag at the price I paid and the appearance of the lobby and entrance one would've expected a much much more.

Perfect for early morning flights (departures), as you literally just go downstairs to check in. Only "onsite" hotel at the airport. Comfortable room.

The hotel met our expectations. Staff was amazing. Very clean rooms

I was looking for confort and location, this place is perfect. The staff was very helpful and nice. The bed was really confortableI slept like a baby.

La habitación junto al lado del restaurant es pésima idea! sentí que dormi dentro de la cocina con el ruido de la vajilla sonando a mi alrededor todo el tiempo.

Location was convient - the staff was very helpful-the room clean

Location is perfect for traveling. Many redtaurants at airporf T1. Train transport toT2 was easy and convenient.

Poor signage, hard to find. A concrete bunker. View of airport concourse. Long plain hallways. But, once you find it, quiet and IN THE AIRPORT. Smallish room. Comfortable bed. Hot water with plenty of pressure. Does what it needs to do, nothing more.

When you hear the brand name 'Hilton,' there's a certain level of expectation that comes along with it. This felt more like a Motel 6... the rooms are small, simplistic and unkempt. The toilet was stained, the paint was chipping, the walls were cracking, the bed was lumpy and the pillows were either hard as rocks or had zero support. The best features are its locations directly inside Terminal 1 (great, easy access for an early morning flight) and the hotel's lobby bar (great bartender -- super nice and knows how to mix a strong drink).

Hotel is located INSIDE the airport... Pretty hard to find unless you are told beforehand that it is inside. Some rooms smell like sewage water because Mexico City is built on top of pretty bad lands. It is however probably the safest place for a business trip or visitor because the rest of the city is pretty dangerous.

We had a layover in Mexico City and I wanted somewhere to have some comfort, TV and internet. The room was clean and averagely comfortable. The Hotel is located in Terminal 1 of the airport, and was VERY difficult to get there when we landed in Terminal 2. I would recommend checking to see what terminal you will be landing at and taking off from. If you are using terminal 2 then I would use the other hotel that is located in that terminal. The only way to get to and from each terminal is to take a bus, taxi or the shuttle. The Shuttle schedule is VERY unclear. The bus costs 12.50 Pesos per person. Overall, we are glad we got the room for comfort while having a 10 hour layover.
