Because we put you absolutely everything !!. You just bring your clothes and go!
Do not tie yourself to rent for a year !!!. Our fully equipped loft can be rent for days, a week, a month, three months, a year, or as long as you can think of.

Rent includes cleaning, electricity, water and gas. We also put crockery and kitchen utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, juicer, etc.

If that were not enough we included high speed internet and television system with HD channels and of course a Full HD 42 inch TV.
We add to your loft sheets, towels and blankets.
It goes without saying that the loft is fully furnished and includes a small office perfectly equipped for if you want to do homeoffice.

We have 24 hour security and is only 2 minutes from Santa Fe. The rent includes a parking place.

And to make it even easier, we can help you coordinating your groceries, washing, ironing and dry cleaning of your clothes.
