Liked most everything but we paid extra for a river view and the window looking out over the river was all fogged up and couldn’t see much
Friendly staff!
Liked the room key access to the elevator & body wash dispenser in shower
Rooms were great as I think they have been upgraded. No main restaurant open during the week was the only glitch.

This property was just ok- nothing like the other Harrahs locations we’ve visited. The hotel common areas, particularly the hallways need major renovation. The carpet is stained up everywhere and stinks. Though this facility was smoke-free, the old stale smoke smell was still heavy throughout. The inside of the room was much nicer. Our maid did a fantastic job and the Bathrooms were really nice. The front desk check in staff and the guys who checked our ID’s and greeted us into the casino we’re great. The casino itself sucked. It was small and machines were super tight. The older lady in the players club was clueless/ she totally screwed up my players card where I was supposed to only be upgrading to a higher tier, but instead wiped away all of my free play and promotional offers. One other lady tried to help but had to turn to a supervisor who was a total B¡tch and refused to help. $115 in EARNED free play lost was a big deal to me. We won’t be back until there are major changes made and this place steps up to the Cesars standards.
I thought the hotel was very nice in this small “very small” town. Being a casino, no rush of the smell of smoke when you walk in or even walk around. The front desk staff were super nice as we talked about the Superman museum and Fatt Edd’s, which are both worth going to. The room was very comfortable and a nice view of the River, which we paid a tiny bit more to have. If I ever travel this way again, I will definitely book here again.
Love it all
They didn't post the casino hours. Very limited dining options
It was a Great hotel, but casino slots were pretty tight.
Great price for quality accommodations. Would have liked for there to be coffee stations in lobby and throughout hotel. May have something due to COVID. Overall very good
Bed wasn’t very comfortable or the pillows. Room was just ok. Staff wasn’t very informative compared to other places I’ve stayed. I should have learned not to stay at a Harrahs from a negative experience in Vegas years ago. I think they could use better training corporation wide.
Hotel room was roomy, clean, fresh-smelling. Everything was in very good order. We used the room as a waypoint in travel (not for the casino) and the hotel was fairly easily accessed from the expressway, so it worked very well for us.
