Very much "Old Florida" motel, but directly on an AMAZING and virtually deserted beach. The motel has all you really need for a relaxed, comfortable and informal stay. If you're looking for glitz and pampering...stay away. If you're looking for a small, personal, fairly priced, super clean and totally informal "old Florida" beachfront motel, SeaScape fits the bill.

I'm baffled by the previous ratings. This motel is very much "old Florida" and was actually expecting much of what it is but we had to run the loud moldy window style a/c constantly. There was light streaming in around and under the door. The mattress was down right broke on the side. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, requiring the door to be left open at all times. To their credit, I only had to remove one roach.
Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Oceanfront to the beach.. The staff was amazing.. Thank you

Charming 1940's era accommodations. A real old Florida feel.
Great property, great location, walk right up to the beach! It's an older Key West style cottage feel, grounds are well kept, very friendly staff, rooms were perfect for our getaway, great view of the ocean, walk right onto the beach. My only complaint would be to upgrade the ac units in the room. Not because they don't work.. they are just very loud. Other than that our stay was pretty perfect.

The property has easy access to the beach and is very comfortable as far as atmosphere. The apartments are very clean and cozy.
Clean inside and has all of the amenities like beach access and everything you need to stay longer term in a hotel room (if needed). The major set back was the paper thin walls. It felt like I was sleeping on the highway. Also, the neighbors had a heated argument all night in their room and it was like I was sitting right next to them. They made-up later - which again I didn't want to hear ;>(
