3 STAR Hotel..at best Overall, it was a GOOD stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. For the adventurous the bus stop across the street will take you straight to the City of Venice it's a about a 20min ride, and you can buy bus tickets from the front desk at the hotel, so that was cool. The dining options around the hotel are very limited. However, I did NOT like the SHOWERS!! Because the built-in shower glass is only HALF the needed length and there's no shower curtain, the water keeps coming out onto the bathroom floor every time you take a shower. So, I have to keep asking housekeeping for extra towels to dry the floor. Wet floors equal slipping hazards!!

Property is nice. Our flight was at 6:15 so unfortunately we could not use the airport shuttle or the breakfast Taxi to airport was 26 Euros for less than one mile I would have walked but it was dark and raining otherwise it’s a good place to stay before a flight at Marco Polo

This property is very close to Marco Polo International Airport which serves Venice. It’s close and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The airport restaurant is excellent too.
Very friendly staff and experienced great customer service. Answered all questions at check in regarding bus route to/from Venice and shuttle to airport, also provided information about dining options at hotel (we did not opt to have a meal there as we went into the city for such) we used transportation options - both require a small fee. Shuttle service was great, on time and airport only a 2 to 3 min drive from hotel. Bus tickets available for purchase in lobby. Room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities for a comfortable overnight stay. Hotel a little dated in some areas, yet updated in most. Our room air conditioner made background noise (yet so grateful for ac, and the comfortable room temp), bathroom sink slow to drain yet functional, shower was in excellent condition, nice large thick towels and comfortable mattress. Would stay here again, particularly convenient the night prior to flying out.
