The hotel was conveniently located to everything and just a short walk to a water taxi stop. All of the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection of items.

Staff was warm welcoming and extremely helpful. Loved being greeted pleasantly ever time we entered the door and ever morning when we came down for breakfast. Definitely upgrade to include breakfast it is worth ever penny. Thanks to all that made our stay so wonderful!!

Location was great being between St Marks Square and the Academia Bridge.

Probably the finest 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at in Europe. The staff were kind and courteous and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and great amenities and we had a view of the canal. The location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. This hotel should be rated at least a 4 star ✳. ❤️

Needs a fitness room, but the morning breakfast was great. Mattress was hard.

The location is perfect! The staff was more than accommodating. The rooms were a little outdated and cleanliness of the room was so-so. The staff assisted us with our bags and also provided us with a wall converter.

Charming hotel in good location next to St. Marks, water bus, and the Orange Alilaguna line. Breakfast was included and staff were very attentive.

The hotel had no working air conditioning. The towels were thin and old. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were hard and thin. The rating on this hotel is way higher than it should be. Great location but at a steep price and drop in quality. I've had more comfortable stays at Quality Inns for a fraction of the price.

Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino was perfect for my stay in Venice, and I’ll book this hotel again! The quintessential Venetian hotel, my room was both charming and comfortable, with a modern bath. I enjoyed the Murano glass chandelier. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff so friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. For my first time to visit Venice, I could not have asked for more. During my trip, both the cappuccino and coffee served at Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino was the best I had at any hotel.

I got there earlier than expected and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming but most importantly so professional. I really felt like coming into a real traditional classy hotel, and it was. Always so very helpful towards me and all guest. Got lost a lot in Venice so they always came to rescue. The hotel is more like vintage like anything else in this beautiful country and even their teapots are in real silver! Very rare to see and find nowadays. My room was a single room overlooking a beautiful church so beautiful it was. Very clean and professional they were each day with cleaning the rooms as well. Couple of minutes walking to Saint Marks square and all the fine shops and seconds to gondolas, water and number 1 water bus that you need from the station to get right to the hotel. Breakfast was always on time and the best I've had so far on my journey. Loved my stay here I will for sure be back. ( and I am extremely picky about where I stay) Thank you everyone for your warm welcome! Ciao

Good location, one staff member was very helpful. Room was nice, as well as the hotel; good services.

Everything was amazing and wonderful! Great location! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety and always fresh. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel and room decor provided an excellent, unique and authentic experience. We were very impressed with everything!! Only 2 things to improve: have more pillows - there were only the two which made resting in bed less comfortable. Secondly, the shower drained water slowly and thus water would often go all over the bathroom floor. Looked to be usual, as we were able to change the pressure of the water and remained manageable.

Really lovely. Enjoyed our stay very much. Room small as expected but nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Big breakfast selection including large honeycomb! Internet was great at first but then a few glitches - can happen anywhere.

My wife and I thought this place was a great choice. We were just 5 minutes from St. Marks and were able to visit many times. The neighborhood is filled with shops and restaurants. We used Venice as the starting and ending point for a cruise so the Alilaguna stop just 100 meters from the hotel was a great asset. And we used the water buses often that also leave from the same dock. The hotel shares its sqaure with a beautiful church. We stayed in room 342, one a several that had rooftop patios overlooking their courtyard. The room was small but comfortable, clean and very quiet. The bathroom had been updated and had all the amenities. The breakfast was very nice, varied somewhat every day and was held in a very nice Venetian room. And make sure you check out Rick Steves' Venice guidebook for a hint on how to completely avoid the lines at St. Marks Basilica. That alone is worth the price of the guide.

The hotel was fine, the staff pleasant, it was clean and well located. What I did not expect was to receive half a room and a single bed because I was traveling alone. I didn't pay half the cost of a room and felt I should receive equal space, and at least a full size bed. Management assured me this was their policy, I suggested this be made clearer on their website. None of their photographs show this little room. I was sorely disappointed and although I travel to Venice often, I won't stay there again.

Not bad, but you could find better. Quick tip take the vaporetto to griglo stop.

Our hotel was close to St. Mark's Square,Doge's Palace..we walked a lot, lost track of how many bridges we crossed.Glad we stayed at Bel Sito, the staff was very courteous and pleasant.Very helpful too in giving us info about transportation to the airport as this was our first time in Venice.Breakfast is plentiful with fresh-baked croissants.Room 236 had a balcony where you could sit out and relax...very nice.

[...].breakfast was ok, be ready to walk, you going to that a lot
