Apartment located in an exclusive position, situated in the historic centre on Calle delle Rasse, just a few metres from the magnificent St Mark's Square. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and small lounge, double bedroom, single bedroom (with possibility of extra bed on request) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has just been renovated with high-level furniture and finishes and is completely soundproofed. Very convenient to reach from the San Zaccaria water terminal, it is located on the second floor with only two small flights of stairs. Additional bed available on request (extra bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Limited housekeeping is available.
