Difficult communication, unable to fix issues

Very difficult to find with google maps. No visible signage in front of appartment. The location and view are great. We were able to see many gondolas pass by. Communication was the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I paid the last bit (the visitor's tax) and received thecodes, there was NO communication. They put only 3 pillows instead of 5. Never came to bring the extra ones. Difficult nights. The door handle came out. Nobody came to fix it. My problem is not the mistakes, these happen. The real issue is the lack of communication andno effort to fix them. I tried different ways to contact them: through the app and via email, with no answer, to this day. The general company, Wonderful Italy, sent me a request for general comments, which I did. Still, they did not answer my questions. Would not recommend.

Good location. However, we ran into a few issues. First our main door knob was not secured in door and would easily come out. The batteries in the AC remote also weren’t working. We reported it and were told someone would come and fix it asap. No one ended up coming. We could also hear the people above us pretty well. Mosquitos were all over the place in the apartment so be aware of that.

Great place to stay! Apparently there was some issues with the olumming below us but what can you expect from old beautiful buildings! Located close to everything we wanted to see and easy to find.

This property was fantastic for our family, we are 3 teens and parents and this gave us the space we needed comfortably. The only issue we had was the property was not ready at the said time and we had to wait for another hour. However we would book it again and recommend others to do so.

Beautiful apt with windows opening onto canal. Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt. We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but the apartment itself was very nice from inside, and the owner provided all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The only challenge we faced was taking our heavy luggage to our apartment at 2nd level on the very narrow round stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.

Apartment was spacious, clean and great location. Close to the all the beautiful attractions, water-bus, restaurants and grocery store. Only thing that I would have liked was a light in the front of apartment as it was very dark when returning in the evening. Good communication from property via WhatsApp when we had questions. Great stay

The location was great, very clean, modern updates but kept the charm, perfect view of a canal, we are a family of 4, with 2 young adults kids, and we found it to have lots of room for all of us. Would recommend to friends and family for sure! One hint add a pin on your phone once you find it, then easier to find once you are out and about in Venice since everything is like a maze in Venice

During our stay the air conditioning stopped working. The guest service stated they would send a technician to fix the air condition on Saturday. Upon our return the air condition was not working and they stated they had no technicians to fix the air conditioning on the weekend, after calling back the second time. We attempted to sleep with the windows open, my entire family received bug bites. They responded to me stating the AC was working and no bugs. We have no reason to fabricate this story. We have used Expedia and Airbnb numerous times with out issues. The check-in is disorganized and the staff was arguing with each other. The apartment was clean, we did enjoy the location. We do not appreciate not being compensated or provided an alternative solution for no AC. Additionally it is very easy to say once we have left that there was no issue. We would appreciate some accommodation and reimbursement for this inconvenience during our family holiday.

San Marco Style Canal View

My family and I had a great experience at the San Marco Style Canal View. There were literally Gondolas floating by outside our living room window. It was secure, and very clean.Location was close to everything, and by that I mean, St. Marks Square, and so many places to eat and shop. we would stay here again, if ever in Venezia.

TERRIBLE check in. The reception address provided when we booked was not correct. Not even the locals were able to help us find the place. Attempted calling, took more than one attempt to get through. Once we finally found the place, unfriendly service did provide us with the info we needed to find the apartment. The apartment was amazing with the exception of not having enough toilet paper. We talked to the neighboring tourists who also complained of the same issues. So with huge improvements in their check in process, I would be able to rate the place much better!
