We absolutely loved this hotel. Great central location, fabulous breakfast and benefit of a roof top plunge pool. The three guys we dealt with regularly on reception were excellent and when our flight was cancelled went out of their way to help us. Would 100% return.

Surprised it’s only a 4 star hotel. Probably one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had. Jaime sat us down and talked us through the maps, local attractions and helping with booking tickets. Hotel was beautifully decorated and everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom products were gorgeous. Location of hotel was great. 5 min walk from cathedral and loads of restaurants nearby. Cannot fault this hotel.

Customer service taken to another level

We stayed at this hotel for three nights to celebrate a special birthday, and our expectations were exceeded. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival, complete with a complimentary glass of cava, to our departure, the customer service was exemplary. There has been a very high degree of training for all team members who all demonstrated a professional and personable attitude. This level of customer service is the norm on a high end cruise ship but rarely do you see it in a hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, crisp linens, complimentary water, and a coffee machine. A large walk-in rain shower and Japanese toilet added to the overall comfort of our stay. We had an atrium room, which was very quiet. The breakfast option was well worth the inclusion. Not only was it in a lovely setting, but the buffet was outstanding with a fabulous array of dishes that were tweaked daily. The rooftop bar was also worth a visit. You could relax by the pool, enjoy drinks in the evening, or even dine with a magical view of the cathedral as it lit up at night. We also appreciated the very reasonable prices for drinks and food in the hotel, which were comparable to local bars and restaurants. The H10 Hotel truly deserves its high customer rating.

Fantastic hotel right on the heart of Seville. Parking is not easy and I suggest research before you arrive. Hotel is beautiful and rooms spectacular. Breakfast outstanding and rooftop pool and bar wonderful.
