Spacious and clean, the property has all of the amenities a guest needs for an extended stay (plus a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us!), is centrally located to dining, shopping and transportation. Comfy bed and great water pressure, along with plenty of storage space and room to spread out (Unit #1). A full size settee and couch offer additional sleeping options for kids. The host/manager and the "welcome committee" were all very responsive and helpful, particularly in addressing a problem we had with the air conditioning and even reached out to me after I had inquired about urgent care options to make sure I was OK. Highly recommend this establishment and host.

Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen schön, und entspricht dem, was man sich von den Bildern verspricht. Es ist grosszügig Platz vorhanden, auch genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, und die Inneneinrichtung wirkt sehr wertig. Auch die Lage ist ausgesprochen praktisch, weil mitten in der Altstadt. Der Teufel steckt dann allerdings im Detail: Schimmel in der Dusche, billiges Geschirr vom freundlichen schwedischen Möbelhaus, hakelige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bzw. dem Concierge (nur über WhatsApp), und ein unmöglicher Eincheckvorgang (über eine Stunde draussen vor der Tür warten lassen, trotz voraus abgesprochener Ankunftszeit, weil "grad sehr viel los war"). Wenn hingegen der Gast sich nicht an die abgesprochene Zeit hält, soll er eine zusätzliche Gebühr zahlen, was man aber erst erfährt, wenn man bereits gebucht hat. Bei den Preisen halte ich das für eher unverschämt. Auch das Schliesssystem nur via App wird nicht allen gefallen. Hier könnte man mit überschaubarem Aufwand aus einer mittelmässigen eine ganz hervorragende Übernachtungserfahrung machen.
