The location is perfect! A few steps from the Ponte Rialto, the water transportation and the hustle and bustle of the main canal, yet distant enough to get a good night's rest. The rooms are designed in specific Venetian culture and art, and they are very spacious with high ceilings, and extremely clean! The front desk attendants always have a smile and are ready to assist in any way possible.

Beautiful hotel that is a short walk from Rialto Bridge vaporetto stop. Wonderful staff and beautiful room. Very good breakfast buffet. Very convenient to St Mark’s square, shopping and restaurants.

Really first class for Venice. No dragging bags though the streets. Dock at lobby side.

Hotel was hard to find but the hotel itself was great except we had a room on a level in the same space of the convention area we had a door that opened to a huge party going on till mightnight so we were awake to noise after that is was fine all in all it was a nice experience

We arrived late (almost midnight) and were informed the A/C broke down earlier in the day and would be fixed next day. The morning staff was not friendly and nor helpful with even simple concierge type requests. The bartender was uninviting and bluntly said we close in 15 mins do you still want to sit and have a drink? Also made us sit outside in the lobby with the drink as he said otherwise you would have to move anyway in 10 - 15 mins. Last day / check-out policy very very rigid and strict and the staff very rude about calling every 10 mins from 10 am to state we need the room; we need the room; to the point I said "...If you stop calling then we can finish the packing and checkout...."

This place is amazing. The room was beautifully decorated.and immaculate. The bathroom was top of the line, too. The included breakfast met all tastes, whether the baked beans for the Brita, the gluten free options and some hearty sausages.

Great service in a beautiful place. The hotel personnel was always helpful and gave good recommendations.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful with great restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. It was a split bathroom, so that made each side rather small. But a nice shower and nice to have two sinks. Very quiet area at night. Okay breakfast, but I only say that because I'm comparing it to the other hotels we stayed at in Italy where the breakfast options were amazing. This was adequate with hot and cold options. The pancake maker was fun.

Lovely location next to a canal. Centrally located near the Rialto Bridge, and only a 5 to 10 minute walk down to St. Mark's Square.

The staff was very helpful, the apartment was spacious, beautiful and located only steps away from St Mark’s Square.

The staff was fantastic, the room was very nice and it is located in a central spot close to sites, shopping, dining. We felt very taken care of in our short visit in Venice. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is ideal as it is near all restaurants, museums and markets. The WiFi was weak in our room but the accommodations and hospitality were excellent.

We loved this hotel! We will only stay here when we are in Venice - It was great

This hotel was just what we expected and more, fabulous staff and beautiful rooms! The morning breakfast was excellent! This was an extraordinary hotel in every aspect!

The Ai Reali was a beautiful surprise. It is literally a few minutes walk from all of the major Venice sites. The Rialto bridge water bus stop is right around the corner. This hotel is exquisite, Murano glass chandelier in the room, gorgeous marble bathroom with an amazing shower. The staff was wonderful from the welcome bottle of Prosecco to help with maps and dinner reservations. Speaking of dinner, the hotel restaurant, Alle Corone was terrific.

This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to help us travel Venice in comfort from arranging gondolas to water taxis to departing breakfasts. We felt like family when we stayed. There is nothing additional I could have asked for. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location central to Venice and within walking distance of all aspects of Venice.

We can't wait to book our next trip with them again. The location, room and staff were amazing and so helpful. They answered any and all of our questions and set us up with all of the tours that we wanted to experience.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a 10 day Trafalgar tour. We extended our stay in Venice and transfered from the Hilton that the tour had put us in. This place was a welcome relief from all the places we had previously been. We stayed in the junior suite and the room was perfect. It was spacious and clean and very beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Venice is a confusing place to get around. (was for us anyway) The staff was very helpful in explaining things to us and showing us things to see. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was an excellent meal and the price was good.
