Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, excellent staff. First rate on every front.

Very convenient location and wonderful rooms! The staff was most helpful giving us recommendations and directions. We will return.

The hotel is beautiful, the junior Suite was specious and conformable. Estafano, front desk person, was very rude. We arrived at the facility in the rain after paying about $100 in a water taxi, he was there ready to "welcome" us but instead offer no help with the luggage and even tho we had booked two junior suites, he spend (not exaggerating) 45 minutes screaming at us and giving us a very hard time to accommodate our party because we had an extra person that was not in the original reservation. We offer to pay the additional fee but instead he made us get another room on top of the existing two junior suites we already had. He made us pay more for a "classic" room ( most economical one) than for the junior Suite. In the end, it's not about the additional fee, this staff member literally screamed at us the entire time, we have it on video, they hotel apology the next day was a glass of wine ... These was our third trip to Venice, trust me there are better hotels there with my much nicer staff.

Nice small hotel close to everything. Big room and very good breakfast. Take the water taxi directly from airport to the hotel.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Hotel staff were amazingly responsive. Breakfast was delicious. Would love to return someday!

Great hotel, friendly staff, awesome rooms and an amazing breakfast. I would definitely go back next time I am in Venice. 5 stars!!!!

Stayed here from March 29 thru April and I can only say great things about the experience. The staff and in particular Arvise, was exception. Top notch service that I very much appreciated. The hotel itself is within a short walking distance to the Rialto Bridge, Piazza di San Marcos and many fine restaurants. Easy to get lost for a bit in the labyrinth streets of Venice but that’s the allure of this magnificent city. I opted for a junior suite and was not disappointed with the spacious accommodations that included a private terrace overlooking the city. I was extremely impressed with the city of Venice and almost as much with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip a most memorable one.

Would definitely go back convenient location English spoken throughout hotel directions were hit or miss but added to the experience.

great location, great staff, wonderful breakfast, great rooms. near everything, worth the price.

Just off a 10 day cruise with Regent and wanted a little more of Venice which was lovely.

Can't say enough about the hotel and staff - They were awesome!!! Very convent located in the heart of St Lucia - Minutes away from everything by foot - Just a splendid hotel!!

Although in the opposite side of the island from San Matco plaza and s bit of a walk, the hotel was central to good shopping and restaurants. The staff were awesome and the rooms beautifully done. Free Buffett Breakfast included in price of room was an added benefit and it was an extensive breakfast.

Super comfortable bed. The bartender is a wizard. Have a martini!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location, close enough to all the major sights but away from the crowds. Beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Be sure to visit Claudio, the Bartender at the Bat Bar on the first floor. He takes his craft very seriously and creates the most amazing cocktails. I will definitely stay there again, truly perfect in every way!

My husband and I were so happy with our wonderful stay at Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia. The place is magical. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk people gave us great ideas about what to do in Venice, where to eat and how to plan our day. We loved the location. We were 10 minutes walk from St Marc's Square, but not too close to the crowds of tourists. Our room was so lovely, the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We just had such a good experience. If you are planning a trip to Venice, you must stay at this hotel. We LOVED it!!!
