This would be a great place to stay in the summer as it’s right across the street from the beach. About a mile walk from the water bus station.
The hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms were large.
Bed was super uncomfortable and the rooms entrance was outside the hotel. Very inconvenient
The staff was soo courtesy and warm... The only thing that there is no lift to curry the baby stroller

We chose this hotel because the hotels in Venice central were so expensive. This hotel is a short water bus ride from Venice. We got upgraded to a suite with two balconies overlooking the ocean at no charge because they were full. Even without that we loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was way more than we expected, really excellent. The city busses picked you up and dropped you off right in front of the hotel. The ocean is across the street. The price for a normal room was very affordable. I would stay here every time I come to Venice.
