There was a bit of confusion as to where to check in, but a wonderful person found us and guided us to a different hotel for check in. We lived staying here! It was so convenient and the AC was much appreciated during unusual heat. We would stay here again.

I loved the apartment, but I believe it was advertised as sleeping four…and I’m not sure how they claim that. There was a queen (maybe king) size bed and a couch, that I don’t think pulled out. And they didn’t have bedding for the couch. They didn’t have more than just sheets for the bed. And one of the shower doors was missing. All that said, I’d definitely stay here again, it’s practically right on the Grand Canal and a couple of minutes from the Rialto Bridge, and only a few more minutes to St Marc’s Square.

The property is very well maintained and in a great location. It was a bit strange having the to check in at another property first - and when we got there, there was no-one and we had to wait about 15 mins before someone came to the reception. But the checking in process was fast and the staff helped us get our luggage into the apartment. The apartment was clean and well provisioned.

Rooms were well appointed and the staff member- that checked us in- was quite helpful- walking us and helping with luggage to the offsite building. My only recommendation- not sure if I missed it in the description- is that there is no lift- which was a bit challenging heading to the 4th floor. Def was exactly what I needed for this trip. Thank you.
