Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again.

The room was clean and fairly spacious, but that’s the best I can say about this place. Check in is at another facility, which I was unaware of until about 72 hrs before arrival. Communication with the hotel was almost non-existent and emails and attempts to reach them through Expedia went unanswered. My room was on the 4th floor of a walk up and there was essentially no help with luggage. This was extremely difficult and had I known I would not have booked with them. The room was supposedly air conditioned but it was not working ( it was warm in Venice during my stay) and there was not a way to communicate the problem since no one at the other facility answered phones. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other good places to stay.

The apartment was spectacular! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had a mix up initially getting in but that was quickly resolved. It’s close to the water just one building down. There was a huge event going on almost next door with private security and decorated like something you see out of a film. You could open the windows in the apartment and we did since the weather was so nice. The band played That’s Amore and we were able to sing along from our apartment from the window. It was magical!

Very comfortable. Could have used more coffee pods for the coffee machine as we were there a couple nights. Lots of stairs to the top floor so don’t bring a heavy suitcase and make sure you aren’t handicapped. Perfect temperature. Would stay again.

Everything was great, except a few things. The pillows were so flat and hard it was hard to get a good night of rest. We were on the 4th floor and with no elevator and 2 50lbs bags that was quite the effort. No reception until the afternoon so when we arrived we had a little issue at the start just trying to get our bags into the hotel for storage because no one was there at the front desk. We liked the hotel location, room was dark and quiet

The property was located close to many attractions and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so that should be considered if you have difficulty climbing stairs. We could never get the room cool enough to be totally comfortable and the weather was hot but not excessive during our stay.

Spacious, luxurious high ceiling rooms with kitchen, 2 rooms plus living area. Room including washrooms was perfect for our family of four, 2 kids. Ambiance of room is very befitting of your Venice vacation. In the immediate area of Rialto and St. Marks. Reception is only occupied from 3-11. Message them if arriving outside of those hours to receive a passcode to open the electronic lock to your room.
