Luca was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and pleasant. The hotel was located in a very convenient central area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There are some points that are worth mentioning: small shower area, lacking some room amenities like tv and coffee making facility and a mini fridge.

This property was very close to Rialto bridge and a very nice sized room. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Instructions provided to arrive were very clear and helpful. A lot of shops and restaurants were within a few feet. The only issue was pillow thickness, as they were very flat.

This place was perfect! The location, cleanliness, and Luka were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Luka was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, spacious, and exceptionally clean—something that is very important to me. I can’t say enough about how spotless everything was. The location is ideal, with many major attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. I have already recommended this place to all of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back myself. Highly recommended!

Clean, and very helpful and polite staff. The location is amazing and you can walk all over Venice from the location. It is also very easy to get to the location using google maps.
