Our flight was cancelled so we had to go to n.h. fornflight out next day.Stayed at the Quality Inn and was pleasantly surprisedon how great it was. The employees were very nice and sonhelpful. Rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The free buffet was great. Took the free shuttle to the airport and the driver was very nice. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
We chose this hotel for a park-and-fly out of Manchester Airport, based on their location and competitive rate. We planned to stay overnight upon our very late return. We dropped our car, and took their shuttle van to the airport (10 min.) Desk staff and driver were very pleasant, competent, and efficient. The real surprise was on our return, which was delayed a day. A quick call changed our reservation with no problems. Their van was waiting for us at baggage claim curbside (at 12:10am!) and the next morning we found our car had been entirely cleared and cleaned of a foot of snow that had fallen the night before. Now that's exceptional! Special thanks to Kyrstin, the desk manager for making it all so easy. The rooms/breakfast were as expected - nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable. We'll certainly use this hotel the next time we fly from Manchester. Thanks for all!
A couple of days ago I stayed at the Quality Inn. When I got to the hotel all the employees where very welcoming! The manager Amar was also around he introduced himself and gave me helpful and clear directions to my room. The room was very clean. We had a awesome stay for the snow storm! All around a very well ran establishment. Also like to give a shout out to Amar for helping me shovel my car out the next day. Thanks for the great experience! Would definitely recommend and return!
It was definitely a great visit to your establishment and you are running a great hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and also stay there again. The indoor swimming pool was also nice to relax in.
I reviewed this hotel last year and since it's been while, I would post another review. As always, it was a great stay. Check in staff were friendly and efficient and I was at my room in no time. I had another king room like last time and it was nice. It was a bit more dated than the last and scuff marks and such were much more noticeable but it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff there were much friendlier than last time. There was a nice selection of food to choose from and it was well stocked and hot. My last review was a 5 out of 5, but I am taking one point off for the slightly dated and scruffy room. Although it was clean, I get iffy with things like that. I will definitely be back though!
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn Manchester Airport. It started with arriving at the airport and calling for a shuttle. The shuttle driver wasn't there, but the front desk paid my cab fare so I could make it to the hotel. Check in was smooth. "CCook" was awesome--I apologize that I didn't learn her name, I got that off my receipt. I ordered room service from the restaurant downstairs. This is probably the only reason it is not 5 stars. I called, no answer, called again and got the front desk. CCook was amazing again and got the order placed for me. She also called me back to say they were busy and it would be about 30 mins to get my food. Over an hour later my food arrived. It was tasty but nothing spectacular. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. One light switch didn't work, I'm not sure what it was suppose to go to. The only other con was how hot the room was. I will definitely stay here again!
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk people were super friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers were great. (The shuttle starts at 4AM!) I parked my car there during my vacation for an extra fee but well worth it! This is going to be my "go to" place for pre-flight overnights.
Stayed here last night. Overall I would call the stay "ok" Front desk staff was friendly and professionally dressed. Something I've never experienced in a quality inn. Entrance was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Room and hallways smelled clean. No smoke smells Room just seemed bland. The furniture could be rearranged for a more comforting and warm feeling. Bathroom door covered in dings and scratches. No microwave in my room. I would think by 2017 it would be standard to have them in all rooms not a surcharge for a higher class room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Judging by others photos maybe it was just an off day as far as that was concerned. I would stay here again. But I would probably check availability at other nearby places first.
This is an ok hotel; nothing to have high expectations for, room was clean and was good for my 2-night stay. It was well priced compared to the other hotels which for those dates were very expensive. Breakfast was pretty standard for this hotel category and included scrambled eggs, milk, juice, waffles, etc. again, nothing extraordinary. On the plus side, hotel is close (about two blocks) from the main highway coming from Boston and right at one of the commercial avenues from the city.
Quality Inn of Manchester, NH was an amazing experience. From the time we checked in to the time we left the personnel the room and the overall experience was a pleasure. The room was clean, quiet had a refrig, wide tv comfortable beds coffee maker. I highly recommend it especially they took the AAA discount too The most important it had a pool good size and warm
