The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk people were super friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers were great. (The shuttle starts at 4AM!) I parked my car there during my vacation for an extra fee but well worth it! This is going to be my "go to" place for pre-flight overnights.

Stayed here last night. Overall I would call the stay "ok" Front desk staff was friendly and professionally dressed. Something I've never experienced in a quality inn. Entrance was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Room and hallways smelled clean. No smoke smells Room just seemed bland. The furniture could be rearranged for a more comforting and warm feeling. Bathroom door covered in dings and scratches. No microwave in my room. I would think by 2017 it would be standard to have them in all rooms not a surcharge for a higher class room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Judging by others photos maybe it was just an off day as far as that was concerned. I would stay here again. But I would probably check availability at other nearby places first.

This is an ok hotel; nothing to have high expectations for, room was clean and was good for my 2-night stay. It was well priced compared to the other hotels which for those dates were very expensive. Breakfast was pretty standard for this hotel category and included scrambled eggs, milk, juice, waffles, etc. again, nothing extraordinary. On the plus side, hotel is close (about two blocks) from the main highway coming from Boston and right at one of the commercial avenues from the city.

Quality Inn of Manchester, NH was an amazing experience. From the time we checked in to the time we left the personnel the room and the overall experience was a pleasure. The room was clean, quiet had a refrig, wide tv comfortable beds coffee maker. I highly recommend it especially they took the AAA discount too The most important it had a pool good size and warm

Great Place, clean, courtesy and a fair price. Was there in October for wedding in Manchester. Even with the rain , high winds and a storm is was quiet inside, dry and warm. The only down side to the whole stay was a little bit noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom. Was quiet when first started then got a little noisy. Nothing that made it not worth staying there. Recommend it for all.

As a traveling salesman, reasonable rates, and a clean, comfy room is important.Along with a healthy breakfast that starts early to get you on your way.Amanda Dicey set me right up right from the start.Thank you Amanda.

Coleen, the Manager was more than willing to help us have a great trip. She advised us of local ammenities and things to do according to the seasons. We would recommend the place to anyone. Keep up the great work!

we stayed there twice in two weeks, both times were great, they have a little bar in the back that the guy who works there is just amazing, friendly and really made us feel welcome, the dining area needs some work, ceiling tiles falling, carpet dirty, but just fine for a beer.

I come down to New Hampshire quite often from Maine to visit family and normally stay elsewhere, but I decided to give this location a try since it is very close to the interstates, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to any part of the city. We arrived in town around 10:30am and when I inquired about checking in early, it was not a problem at all. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor, as I had requested a higher floor and we were very pleased. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable, the room was immaculately clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries, and had a very fresh smell. The air conditioning worked like a dream considering it was in the mid 80's both days were were at the hotel. The hotel overall was very clean as well. I didn't find the interiors to be dated as other posts had mentioned. There were a few signs of wear and tear along some of the carpets but it was not noticeable unless you went looking for it. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional and courteous. I stay at many different places and this hotel offered some of the best customer service I have found. The only issue (VERY SMALL) that I had was the breakfast. While it was pretty good, it wasn't well stocked, even at 6:30 am on our second day. The breakfast attendant wasn't rude but didn't seem very friendly either, but that wasn't a big deal since I was only down there for about 20 minutes having a quick bite. I did like the selection of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, multiple types of waffle batter, and the danishes. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. This is definitely now my go to hotel anytime I am back in Manchester.

This property is very convenient to the major interstates and centrally located in Manchester. The airport is nearby along with a major mall and many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed one night during our tour of New England. The hotel was very reasonably prices which is why we picked it. It has an indoor pool, business center and large work-out area. The hotel has a very modern lobby and breakfast area and there is a also a small pub/restaurant in the hotel. Our room was very clean, modern and had everything we needed including a large refrigerator. I am not sure why some folks were complaining about the rooms. Ours was very nice, new wall paper, draperies and beds/linens. The wifi was very strong. Breakfast was complimentary with a nice assortment of cold and hot foods. And the food just kept coming while we were eating and the hot food was right off the grill. Check-in took a while. Even though there was plenty of staff walking around, there was only one person actually working check-in and she was constantly interrupted by phone calls and other people when we were checking in. Someone needs to help out. Overall, great stay, well worth the money and would stay here again if in the area.
