The property was under repair in the front and back but wasnt too much of an inconvenience. All staff was extremely friendly. Our one bedroom suite was very nice except one bathroom sink did not drain and it looked like the toilet had not been cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. A very pleasant mini vacation. Would definitely recommend this resort

Secluded location with a short walk and watering hole across the street. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Murphy beds and sofas leave A LOT to be desired, an update when possible would be a good investment. Asking for a few extra pillows helped. It also prompted us to get out of the room more often, which is a good thing. So silver lining Aside from the beds the whole place was clean and friendly. Just as a forewarning for anyone concerned, we didn’t see many staff masked but my partner and I just kept our distance and no one was rude about it. As I stated before it’s a little secluded, a few places to eat in driving distance but in the winter it must be a great ski slope. Very pleasant stay. My father actually came up and got a room across the hall from us. Aside from the beds and sofas, I would still highly recommend the place.
We like the property, it was clean and the grounds were very nice. Friendly staff. Didn’t use the pool but the new playground they built for kids were very useful and new. My toddler loved it. We didn’t like that the hotel restaurants were closed most of the time especially dinner time. And we had to drive quite far each night to have dinner. We was very inconvenient as nothing was close by.
We liked the checklist in the room about when was the room last inspected and sanitized. Overall the stay was good but the room was not soundproof.

Everything was old and out dated. Lobby was nice rooms were old. No fridge or microwave in rooms.
Great location to mountains and the town for shopping.
Didn't like no bathroom upstairs in the loft. Liked everything else. Very comfortable
The location was great. Near Storyland and North Conway, but not in crowded area.
Used the laundry facilities which were adequate, but took about 2.5 hours to finish. Not horrible, but endless after a long day. The arcade is right next door so that helped pass the time.
