Excellent Surroundings, Uncomfortable sleep.

The hotel overall was very clean, well furnished, and provided a very decent number of amenities. The restaurants that where in the hotel and surrounding area had excellent service and options for any person. The downside was the bed. It did not allow my wife and I to get much needed rest and caused us so much discomfort we cut our stay down from two nights to one night.

Riverwalk is a beautiful resort, however the lack of dining was disappointing. Both restaurants had lots of open tables however they would not seat you because the kitchen was 45 minutes behind. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came.

Hugely disappointed by a couple of major items. First, apparently every studio room has an adjoining room. I would not have selected/stayed had I known that up front. There is no latch or lock on the door to fully keep the other party out of your room. The front desk’s response was: “well, there is no door handle on the other guest’s side.” Not comforting whatsoever. If the door doesn’t latch properly they could just push it or use a credit card. I selected a Mountain View and was given a parking lot view. At check-in I was told it’s Expedia’s fault for listing it that way. There were a ton of dead bugs all over the patio/balcony along the floor and trapped in webs floor to ceiling in all the corners. Lots of leaves in the pool which was odd. On the positive, comfy bed, two great onsite restaurant choices, clean facilities otherwise, walking distance to a number of town offerings including restaurants and a nice wine/cider tasting offering on site as well.

Beautiful new hotel in Lincoln NH. View overlooking the pools and mountains is nice. Right near a shopping area and lots of restaurants you can walk to. I enjoyed a dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs. The octopus app was as good as I’ve had in Europe. Then ate meatballs, garlicky but incredibly flavorful. Room was dark, quiet and bed was very comfy.
