The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. It is a bit dated with a couple places on the floor my foot sunk into a bit. Bed was comfortable. Nice views of the mountains. it would have been nice if the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner while we were there. Black Mountain Burger Co. was very very good. Common Man usually has over an hour wait so go early.

Great place to hang out by the pool all day. Took kids fishing and caught some! Will go back. Rooms hot water in shower was barely warm (wife’s complaint). My only complaint was the room we had which was across the street at the very end made for a long walk, the staff said when you book through Booking they always put you across the street, it was booked so they could not change our room. We had a blast either way

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve been to! And the staff is all amazing! The mountain views, pools, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, pond with paddle boats and great trout fishing, tennis courts, all on site! Thank you!

Our stay was ok. Amanda was great we had an issue about kids being loud when we stayed before on 2/14. Amanda upgraded our room and had champagne and chocolates for us upon arrival which was so nice. I asked Amanda if it was going to be busy with kids she said not as busy as last time. Well this time it was a bunch of teenagers, it looked like spring break they took over the pool and swearing and saying inappropriate things. I felt bad with mom’s with children. I totally understand that you have to book the hotel but to have 25 teenagers in the hot tub at the same time is just not right. I have been taking my children there for along time. I gave this time another chance, but I think my husband and I going to look for another place to go this place is not for us anymore. Not to mention had a problem with the restaurant before and mever thinking we could have that again. Boy were we wrong. So aweful
