The property was great. The only issue we had was with the bartender at the bar by the pool with the waterslide. He was rude and made it seem like we were bothering him when we asked for a drink. He told us he was no open yet and had no idea when he’d be open because the bar hadn’t been open for months. Needless to say we never got a drink from him
Best place we have stayed at in a long time! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Pools were great l! Overall we had an amazing time!
Beautiful view of mountains from almost everywhere on property. Lots of activities.
Hard to find room. My husband has a cane and we were never told about 2 flights of stairs no elevators. Noisy hallways with kids running to pool area. Water pressure in shower very low. Kitchen sink faucet practically falling off and dripped. Hair left in shower . Concierge called next am asking if we wanted to earn Up to $500 listening to a time share presentation. Suite smelled like the food someone cooked before us . Smell lasted for 3 days .
It was a wonderful experience and beautiful view and place! Will def be going back again.
We stayed over winter break for 2 nights 3 days. Enjoyed the seclusion. Great place for kids to play and swim . Pool was amazing .
