We would NEVER again stay at a place where there is no on site personnel such as this place. Ice, we had to go buy at a convenience store and a styrofoam cooler just to have in the room for drinks……there was no one at the office, no matter what time we went there. We should have downright cancelled when we were 10 minutes away and they called me to “remotely check us in”……I mean seriously!!!! Toilet paper, we had to buy because….. AGAIN…. there was no one to ask for more at the office. We plugged in our chargers for our iPads, had to pull the bed forward which was a huge mistake because the dust and filth behind the bed made me want to leave that very, moment, if not for my husband being one of those that will tolerate just about anything even when paying for it. If you don’t want to run a clean, efficient, client friendly establishment then just CLOSE IT! We would NEVER stay there again, nevermind recommend it to our many friends that go to North Conway. Oh and by the way, we went to the office around 10 am to give in our key, SURPRISE SURPRISE IT WAS CLOSED!!!!! Just left the key in the slot as indicated by establishment. What a joke to run a place like this where clients are only worth their money and nothing else. UNACCEPTABLE. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

This was a very nice bare bones hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is near attractions and restaurants. The view from the room was spectacular.

This was a great surprise! The property was close to everything but not busy. The staff was incredible! Annie was amazing, she helped us on multiple occasions. She also gave us a number of local tips and recommendations for restaurants, and attractions.
