There are 2 issues that we were not happy with. First, the suite we were in (109) had ROKU television. There is no regular tv, only netflix etc. With the world imploding we wanted to watch world news which there was none available. Secondly, the towels are wimpy and do not dry the body after a shower. In the future, I will request a room without ROKU. Since we stay 4 times each year, I am hopeful our request will be met.
Everything was perfect. Loved our room (Room 122). The set up was comfy and did not feel like a hotel room. The only complaint was the mattress. It made too much noise every time you moved on it.
I liked that the room was a suite. With 2 boys, it was great. What was not good, was the day before we left the kitchenette sink was not working. But that was ok because we didn't use it.
We have stayed here many times. Our suite this time could use an upgrade. Other suites of the same type have been upgraded, this one had not been. Please suggest to the owner that they do so.
We loved this place! The lady working the desk at check-in was a little less than friendly. No smile, no conversation, the bare basics. But my kids and I loved the room, the beautiful grounds, even the other guests!
I had a great stay. Everything was cozy and clean. It was great having the hot tub and pool indoors since it was rainy out. I would definitely stay again. I also appreciated that they flew a Pride flag.
The staff is WONDERFUL. However our room is FILTHY. Just not clean at all!
10pm. We can hear someone walking around upstairs. We cannot sleep. Floors are squeaking loud

Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Nice pool. The facility is well kept and clean, but dated. Would stay there again.
Love how close it is to the shops and restaurants. Miss the free breakfast waffles!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a dog behind the desk who was sweet as pie and just made the whole experience much better. We did not get maid service while we were there but we might have had to ask. Other than some broken floor tiles in the bathroom and a haphazard way of getting into the bedroom the place was nice.
CLOSE TO STORYLAND. NO LONGER DOING BREAKFAST NO LONGER HEATED POOL, BUT STILL JACUZZI NO ELEVATOR FOR 2ND FLOOR
Pool didnt have heat was never told that. The inn says they have a heated indoor pool one of the main reasons for booking and it wasnt heated
