The property is always impeccably clean and the service is top notch! Amazing time

Unique, comfortable, relaxing lodging. Our room was a bit small, and the thermostat/fan was really loud, waking me up every time it kicked on. The entire building is much too hot. Minor complaints though, because the food, staff, and location are excellent.

Large common areas, easy access to mountain across the street, great views of the presidential range.

It's a beautiful antique grand resort. That being said, it needs to be updated because it's OLD. The Main Dining Room has a fantastic view but you can't see out the windows because of the condensation. The rooms don't have a fridge or coffee maker. The only club was closed. But still fun to get away and have great food and drinks.

As a family. We had a good experience. The hotel is beautiful because the history and the location. but besides that is hard to give 5 stars. I think we will try again under normal circumstances to give a real opinion about the service and amenities. The inside pool is small.

Very, disappointing service by staff, particularly the restaurant staff! Understandably, during CV-19, there are limited number of tables available and they do fill up quickly. But, it seemed to us the staff had no motivation to accommodate any any walk in guests and used the CV 19 situation as an excuse to deny seating.

Beautiful grounds and scenery. Very well kept. Fun for the whole family.

Awesome place from a visual perspective but the restaurants and bars located inside the resort where not open even though the hours posted stated they were

Nothing was open. Was not told that when called hotel.

Beautiful location - very pricey but beautiful. A lot of the hotel was closed due to COVID but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Would not spend that much money again without everything being open to enjoy.

The hotel is dated, but the views are gorgeous! The biggest drawback was dealing with Orbitz.

It is so beautiful. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean big and nice. The food was delicious.

Very nice, warm and beautiful landscapes! We really enjoyed staying there. Will recommend friends to go.

We loved the place overall. The staff and food was amazing; however, I feel as if the hotel overcharged for some of the items. Overall we had a wonderful experience here.

This is not at 4 Star resort. I'd give it 2.5. The view was gorgeous. The hotel is not being kept up; it looks hammered. Paint was peeling off the building. The main balcony was falling apart. Wires were sticking out above the crown moulding. The seats we were led to in the main dining room has ripped cushions. Everything was tired and I am floored that it still has a 4 star status. We paid over $500/night and shouldn't have paid more than $200 at the most. They are currently adding on another wing and my only hope is that part of the budget includes a comprehensive face lift to what was obviously a once elegant and beautiful historical resort.
