Per night room was not cleaned and bathroom needed cleaning Refrigerator was broken Made three calls to manager to remedy issues At 10:00 pm, a maintenance person came to look at fridge but could not fix it After 40 plus minutes, I had to suggest to replace it! So disappointed with this place Restaurant has limited selections and is more like a deli I will never return!

I liked the quietness of the room. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hairs in the corner).
Outdated, dirty, shower took literally 5 minutes to heat up, and the loudest AC I’ve ever heard.

Truly very, very clean, many excellent amenities, nice & posh front lobby & hallways and super, super /comfy/. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Nashua.
Check in and other staff not wearing masks. Other hotel guests not wearing masks in common areas. Asked to sign Covid form and not provided a fresh pen.
The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. Safe in the room is appreciated. Upon arrival at my room I found the door had apparently been forced open in the past. It was damaged where the door stop is, at about shoulder height, on the outside of the door. Strange and started a sense of insecurity. The door however securely locked and felt fine so I ignored it. But a crowbar had clearly been forced into there at some point in the past. Also some rooms had a Hilton clean guarantee sticker that is broken only when the first person to enter the room after it is cleaned opens the door. My room did not have this breakable sticker. The room appeared to be clean but during covid the extra assurance that the staff is ensuring total sanitation would have been nice.

The hotel was in the process of redecorating, therefore there were workers around and paint smell. The water was shut off for a while. The most disappointing thing about it was the restaurant. The service was far from great and the bar was very dark. I definitely did not enjoy that. The amenities such as pool, sauna etc. were located in a inconvenient part of the hotel. The elevators were not working properly also. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is doing renovations which we were unaware of at the time we booked The hallways are filthy, torn carpeting and there is a strong odor that exists The dust from the construction is on the walls, elevators and carpeting The swimming pool is closed Too bad because we expected more considering the price!
Older building so rooms not updated as much as hoped for but still very nice with great gym and pool. Running trails across the street, too!
