Beautiful building in great location! Friendly and helpful staff!
Great location by rail station and walkable to all of old town Lucerne.
Quiet rooms, many amenities right down to tooth brush and shaving set. Amazing!! The buffet breakfast is grand. I’d stay there again for certain!!
A decent hotel. Exterior looks little old, but interior part is OK. It has a nice garden outside of dining hall, so you can take a walk there. It is a bit hard and time-consuming to get to the new building from the old one. It needs to improve breakfast.
Upon check in we were given a pass to use on the regional buses and trains for free. It also included discounts to museums. Our room had complimentary water, soda, juice, beer and chocolate bar and chips. This was replenished every day COMPLIMENTARY.
Closed to bus station, food nearby. Staff very helpful. If ever ill come back to lucerne ill definitely stay there again
Great location, clean and good amenities. Service was prompt and friendly.
Nice hotel close to old town, lake and train station
