Modern and clean room . Hotel is inside the airport - perdect for early morning flight . Also easy train ride to and from the city .

The lights and the air-conditioning were totally unusable recently didn’t work. Phones rang endlessly with no service at anytime of any day.

Close to the airport . Unfortunately, the main restaurant is now closed on Sundays and Mondays. The standards get lower and lower every year.

Good location, nice hotel, easy access to airport terminals and terminal shopping, It is convenient hotel for people arriving late or flying out early. It deserves to be cleaner, the room cleanliness was disappointing; especially considering pretty steep rate.

Confirming other reviews, the water in the shower went from scolding hot to cold repeatedly and there is a window, although with graduated frosted lines, looking from the bathroom to the sleeping area. Sure, it was a nice view looking out the room's window but not so much looking in to the toilet. Also the room's furnishing seems to be stuck in the 80's and needs a refresh. This said the location is great and perfect when catching an early flight and/or transitioning from a train ride from another region.

The big plus about this hotel is the fact it’s within the airport complex. Very easy to get on a flight or an intercity train from this hotel.

hotel location inside the airport was the most attractive element for choosing this hotel. Of course, that also made it most expensive. The hotel lacks indoor pool and jaccuzi. Also, the breakfast was below average for a 4-star hotel.

Stayed at the Radisson Blu many times. Never a disappointment, always feel refreshed and ready for my flight out of Zurich.

Location is what makes this hotel special. Common areas are good looking and comfortable. The rooms are mostly ok, small as expected, but the bath (and bathtub) are very cramped.

I chose this hotel as it is at the Zurich airport. I arrived after a long day of sitting in airports with flight delays and cancellations, hoping to get a good night’s rest before a morning flight. Upon arrival, there were 2 people helping guests and 3 just standing around. No one bothered to assist us, despite seeing us, until a representative helping another guest asked them to. Once in the room, I see there are 2 twin beds, even though I booked a King room. It was late so I did not bother to ask to be moved. It was hot in the room so we turned the AC down and went to eat. Upon coming back to room, it was still hot so I called the front desk. She said they would change the thermostat settings from the front desk. After 15 minutes, the room was still hot so I stood on chair to see if vent was putting out cold air- it was barely even blowing. I called again, around 1:30am, and she said someone would be right up. I change out of my night clothes back into regular clothes, expecting someone to come check on the AC. No one ever showed up, nor did they call. At this point it is around 2am and I need to be up early for my flight so I just give up. It was hot in the room all night and I was unable to sleep comfortably. I brought this up at check out and was told ‘sorry’ and they would have someone check the room today, which does me no good. This is absolutely POOR service for a hotel that charges $200 a night.

For some reason we were given a handicap room. Shower not fun. Room faced the atrium, not outside view.
