This was one of my worst hotel experiences. Our room was not cleaned while we were out on our tour, the staff were unfriendly, and they didn’t even provide soap in the bathroom for us to shower. There is also no one at the front desk after 11 p.m., so if you need help late at night, there’s no one available.

Farther from the airport than we originally thought and breakfast was pricey, but the hotel was very nice and the people welcoming. Room had a large TV and comfy bed. A nice stay after a crazy week of traveling.

The hotel is close to the airport. Take bus 768 from the airport and few stops away. The staff who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. Hotel provides free drinks in the fridge. Hotel also provides hot water and drinking water downstairs. You can heat your food in the microwave provided at the ground floor. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The train to Zürich city centre is just few minutes walk. Opfikon train station line S7 can get you to the city centre. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends if they decided to visit Zürich. I’ll stay at this hotel the next time I visit.

I did not find a shuttle and there were no options listed with the hotels information. I had to kill a large weird flying bug, not sure how it got in the way the hotel is set up. The worst was there was a streak of feces on the under bowl of the toilet. Staff was not exactly friendly on checking in. I never complain about most things but this was next level bad.

Used for catching up on sleep after taking a red eye flight. Hotel was fine for that. The only problem is there is no one at the desk until 2 pm making an early check in impossible. Also the pillows at this hotel were not very comfortable.
