Rooms were clean & well maintained. Bed was also clean & comfortable. There was an issue with the blinds as it did not close. So I had to change my room. Other than that everything was fine the staff was cordial and helpful.

Good location. It’s directly in front of Glatt mall where you can shop & get real food from Migros restaurant upstairs. There is also an ATM downstairs to pull out Swiss francs. The 19 CHF breakfast is good but s bit pricey. But I do like starting my day off with breakfast. The hotel has all the basic needs and the hotel was cheaper than hotels that were by Zurich HB (main station). Staff was super friendly & Wallisellen station is near (like 8 minute walk).

A good, clean, convenient, affordable lodging option in the Zurich area. Walkable to local train station that’s 1 stop away from main Zurich station. Great staff. Rooms are a bit bare but fine. Comfortable bed.

I searched for properties that had a restaurant onsite, so I come down and get food and go back up. This one came up in the results, however, there’s no restaurant or bar. They only serve breakfast. You have to walk to a nearby mall (via a wooded alley) if you want lunch or dinner or snacks. As someone who was planning a quiet, lowkey visit with convenience, this was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and the blankets had stains that looked like red and blue ink. The sink in the bathroom flooded onto the floor because it didn’t drain well.

Close to mall, train, tram and bus. Easy to get to Zurich HB and airport. I would definitely stay here again. Economical. Staff kind and professional. Not luxury but you have everything you need close by!
