Villa Amanecer is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath luxury villa with a gorgeous pool on the top level. Our tropical oasis is beautiful and very private, situated overlooking the Sea of Cortez. This beautiful, newly renovated elegant villa features a nice kitchen with everything a chef would desire, granite countertops, beautiful large island and a coffee bar for your novice barista.

You could spend a great family time into our game room or grilling an incredible steaks with shrimp enjoying the ocean view.

Activities include world class golf, excellent fishing, scuba diving, four wheeler's, surfing, sailing, tennis (on our own courts), sunset cruises, jogging, etc…. Our beautiful development of Santa Carmela has an ocean front recreation center with bar, barbecue and swimming pool for the residents and their guests only. Explore our own private beach with tide pools rich in marine life.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers.
