One entire side of the hotel is next to a Karaoke bar that if your window faces then you get to listen to a bunch of drunk people screaming into a microphone until 4 am. We had to move rooms.

Old, not very clean, and no amenities in the room. Dirt on walls and the shower curtain had mildew on it. Glad we were only there one night.
The staff is professional and very friendly. I will definitely staff here again.

Great hotel in terms of quality-price for Cabo San Lucas. Very conveniently located as it is at walking distance from Medano beach and the center. The hotel itself has decent amenities but consider it if you will spend most of your time not at the hotel as the pool is ok and there is not much else to do.
The first night we were in a room next to a noisy bar We asked for a room change. They were very helpful and we had a quiet room the rest of our stay
We recommend this place to many traveling to Cabo. Clean, convenient, pleasant, and good price. We have stayed every Feb. for several years.
