We had a wonderful time. The stuff was amazing and the resort has everything you can wish for. Only bad note when you get the all inclusive package each restaurants were out of the most expensive order meal so I feel they were dishonest and should exclude meals they don't want to include with all inclusive instead of lying on the availability of the product.

The facility itself was beautiful but not all the restaurants were open and not having the shuttle open for normal business hours was frustrating. The hotel was also still under construction thankfully the workers were very professional and didn't disturb us while there. Also had issues with sales management. We did the sales pitch to get the discounted rate for activities. The sales lady first started to book us on a snorkeling trip but then was informed that the ports were closed. Then we asked her if we could do zip lining even though I was pregnant and she said that it should be no problem. We get there and the zip lining instructor informs us that I am not allowed to do any activity even ones on the ocean due to liability and our hotel knows these rules. So ended up losing two days of our trip because of this and were unable to exchange it for a bus tour because the sales group was closed until Sunday and we were leaving Tuesday morning. We did get our money back, but the whole situation was very frustrating. I want to end on a good note all the waiters, cleaners and other workers for this hotel were amazing and truly helped make a pregnant women feel special because being pregnant on this trip was not planned. Lastly the food was amazing even though only a few restaurants were open.

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful views, adult only pools. Front desks Meredith and the concierge were great . Cart rides to and from rooms, to any restaurant or section of grounds. Good and drinks were good. Suites by adult pool fantastic. Julio at the pool was good !

It was about 50 of us. We celebrated a wedding there on Saturday and on Sunday it was my wife's birthday. Everything was perfect. Weather, Food, staff I'll definitely go back

Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean. They do everything to make you feel confortable. No beach on site but nice beaches in less than 10 min drive. Silent pool for adults and kid friendly pools too. Beautiful views! You will not regreat to stay here!

Everything was very beautiful and pleasing when we first arrived. The hotel has lots of potential. Staff were not as hospitable or as accommodating as we are used to in Mexico. Issues with booking restaurants... one of the pools had jagged tiles that cut up some of the children really bad. Staff did not appear to help the situation or show much care. The hotel is lacking entertainment. They need to have something on at least a couple nights. Perhaps even someone playing Mexican music by the fire. This combined with the lack of beach access was kind of a bummer. Food was not very good at all. Most meats came heavily salty. The pizza place was nice, but we were overall dissapinted. This is s big factor for us. The service at restaurants was terrible. Almost every time we were waiting because why forgot something. Once we ordered fries for my daughter. Our food came, but hers did not until we had long finished our meals. We had asked 3 times for the fries and were told they were coming. Often we would order a coffee and not get it.. ordered steak and it came blue rare... Everything is beautiful. The pool near the pizza bar was really nice.

Everything and everyone was amazing thanks for a great vacation

Customer service and attentiveness is non-existence. Front Desk is slow and very rude, closed me out on Sunday when my check out day was Monday and wanted me to walk all the way to them to fix an issue they created. On my check out day I got an email stating I will be checking in again in a few days. NOT a true all inclusive. No room service, no liquor in room(water and beer only), basically you get the bare minimal. Location is gorgeous but not worth it with horrible staff and not a true all inclusive experience.

Visited for a wedding in December. Hotel is very nice, location and view are exceptional. Service in the restaurants and bars were slow at best. In particular the pool bar/restaurant (by Adult Pool) was very poor every day during our stay. Waiters were not responsive, friendly or timely with their service. This was a common experience int he facility and we will not return to this hotel due to this issue..

Breakfast with a view! The Sea of Cortez is beautiful in the morning sunlight. With a distant view of The Arch and the boats out on the water, it's a serene, relaxing way to start the day. The resort itself was not overly crowded, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was authentic and delicious. All in all a wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our time at HE, they made us forget about the terrible air line service from American

Very well maintained with very good service all staff is very friendly if going to stay all vacation days in the hotel I recommend the all inclusive as its a bit pricey

Awesome hotel but the buildings are pretty far spread out from one another so the hotel provides golf carts to take you wherever you need. Extremely friendly staff always remembering my name.

after many visits i still think this place is great. included breakfast is very good. on a steep hill and service to hotel destinations with a cart was slow so if you can't walk that could be a problem. rooms have great views

Our stay was wonderful and can't wait to go back!!

hotel just 40 min far from the city and there is shuttle every 1 hours, safe area in the hotel and lots of activity there

Rooms are far apart and they could use a few more golf carts to get guests around. Overall a very nice hotel. A little far away from town though. I would stay there again.

We had a great time in Los Cabos, we stayed at the Hacienda Encantada Resort and it was amazing from start to finish (6 days) great play area for kids , food was great and drinks too. We had the all inclusive package with dine out option , really saved us a bunch of $$$$$$$, we will be back that's for sure !

Not only did we have several members of our family here, but we also had our wedding ceremony at this hotel on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The property and service are great. The other thing about the Hacienda Encantada is that it is located right at the tip of the point, Punta Ballena. From this point, the ocean views are spectacular. Travel in February for amazing whale view that you can see from the top of the point on the property.

The people at theHotel were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Included breakfast was good Rooms were great with sea of Cortez view.
