We stayed one night and we loved it, great staff, great location and the room was very nice, i wish we could'a stayed longer!

This hotel is absolutely spectacular. Got a great rate through a third party. The rooms are beautiful with a kitchen, large sitting area, balcony, and nice sleeping area. There was even a turntable with some albums for you to enjoy. The check in process was smooth. The staff were nice. I would have given 5 stars, but for the location. It is seedy, seedy, seedy. I was a little embarrassed to have my teens walk from the hotel to the Chinese Theater. That being said, I am looking forward to trying some of their other properties.

Room was very comfortable and clean to the eye the air was just stuffy and dusty. I have allergies and very sensitive lungs so my breathing was challenged while in the entire hotel. I'm not sure if it's the air circulation or actual dust as it appears to be an old building. My BF who does not have sensitivities did not notice this and had zero complaints about air quality so the average person wouldn't even notice. Other than that it was a very sexy hotel, with a shwanky vibe. It was loud at night but only before midnight and perhaps the lighting is a bit dark for some. Location wise I can't comment on as Im not a lover of LA and defiantly not Hollywood, we were in town for an event and everyone else stayed at the W which is 1/2 a block away @ double or triple the price for a standard room. I was very happy with are choice and savings :)

Extremely rude staff knocked on the door telling us we had 5 min to get out or chargeing is $50 extra.

Got upgraded upon check-in because of Orbitz Rewards and were in a beautiful suite facing Vine St. They had acoustic sound blocking on the slider to the patio which was AMAZING. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable and super spacious. Staff was great upon check-in, valet was really fast. A++!

The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge and very spacious-- much like a small apartment! I loved using the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to friend. The decor is kinda out there but it's LA...

The most comfortable bed ever! Very spacious room with a wonderful set up. Amazing amenities inside the room as well.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and big. Amenities were great. Location of hotel is good as it is accessible to many of Hollywood's prime area.

This was a great location for attending an event at the Hollywood Bowl and they have a house car for guests for short local journeys in which they were able to drive us over to the event. The staff were very helpful in a friendly casual way, which is I think what they are going for. Its a boutique type hotel, very much with a style of old Hollywood. Great food and drinks in the bar, which is part inside/outside. Suites are spacious, stylishly decorated and very well equipped. There are some review online about noise, and I did notice a little noise, but your on Hollywood and Vine, it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend it to anyone who specifically wanted to be in this neighborhood.

The rooms are very large, well furnished and well laid out. Very much the look and feel of a high-end studio apartment. The bedding was very comfortable as well. There is a charge for Wifi, ~ $10/day. The room was pretty well soundproofed, but I should note that on Friday and Saturday the music from the bar can be quite loud and last very late into the night. You mostly hear the rumblings of the bass lines. It didn't impact my sleep, but it might for folks who need dead silence to sleep.

Great Place! Great Decor in the suite.. Staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. Was extra tired the night I stayed from working over 24 hours straight, so they let me sleep in 3 hours past check out at no extra charge... All in all, they earned a Customer for life..
