The property was in the best location, the London eye is literally down the street. The only setback to me about the property would be the shower, it is extremely small. You have to get in and close a door behind you, so if you are a bigger size you'd have trouble in the shower. but other than that the location was great the staff was great I would definitely stay there again.

Property was perfectly located, quiet, but close to lots of pubs, restaurants, right by Lower Marsh st where there are wonderful street food vendors. Nearest Tube station is 3 minute walk away. Clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again!

A nice and easy walk to the London eye and other major attractions

The staff here were absolutely incredible, they were so lovely to us. The baggage storage here is also incredibly helpful if you're on a later flight

Great location! Easy to get to other areas of London. Wasn’t the cleanest place but staff and service were great!

It was hot in the room and the fan that they gave wasn’t enough. I know it doesn’t really get hot there but it was still hot in the room especially when the sun came through the window and when the lights were on. Don’t understand why the lobby has air conditioning and the rooms don’t. But overall other than that the hotel was GREAT and it was in central London short walk to all attractions.

Positive: Good location. 5 minutes walking distance to metro (subway/tube) station. 10 minutes walking distance to Thames River/London Eye/Big Ben. Negative: Small room. No air conditioning.

I will start by saying - IGNORE THIS HOTEL. Staff is super rude. They just insult you or get angry if you ask them something. Not at all helpful. Secondly rooms are really untidy. I have never seen any rooms in such horrible condition. Family room had 4 seperate single beds for 4 guest. Each bed would slide from one place to other as they had wheels without stoppers. They really need to have more organized beds. Cleanliness is another thing. Rooms had terrible smell and staff would not do anything. Overall just ignore this hotel. Spend some extra money and look for other hotels nearby.
