Good: location. Convenient location if you arrive in Heathrow and take a Heathrow express. Close to Hyde park, seems to be a good neighborhood. Bed is small but the mattress is very firm which I like. Linens and towels are clean. Free breakfast but very minimal, no protein. Budget friendly. Has fridge in room. Employees seem to be very nice. Bad: Very old. Bed is small, shower is small, a room is small. Power outlets are limited. Breakfast is carbs heavy, no eggs.

Nice little hotel in quiet area. Easy walking to Hyde Park and Kensington Park area. We were group of four women and had a great room which was divided into two rooms with bathroom in between. Continental breakfast was great for our needs.

Not entirely their fault but London was 94 degrees and the tiny room with no AC and no fan was a sauna. The window was all you had and that only opened 6 inches. I tried to sleep with my feet out of the window for relief. Horrible experience.

Close to Hyde park, multiple shops and restaurants and the tube station. I felt very safe as a young female solo traveler. The downside was this building as no AC. When I stayed here it was beginning of July and 93F outside… the rooms were horribly hott. The shower water temperature was also never consistent.

Itis a hotel in need of a refresh from the rooms point of view. Dated decor, carpets etc. low quality toiletries. No A/C or even a fan.

Lovely hotel in great location

Really nice hotel. The staff were lovely at every point, decent continental breakfast included and the rooms were spacious and clean, if a little dated - the most notable thing was the lack of plugs in the room, the only ones being near the TV and none near the beds.

It was so convenient to Paddington station for the tube or train. Very clean and continental breakfast or you can pay for full breakfast. We stayed here five nights, then went to the Cotswolds, and came back here and stayed another eight days. We would highly recommend and will stay here again if we come to London.
