For a hotel which is 152 years old, it's amazing and wonderful how it has been updated to a 21st century property. The staff was equally wonderful and accommodating.

We had such a lovely time and felt welcome from the moment our taxi door was opened. The lobby was beautiful and always smelled wonderful. The staff was was very friendly & professional. The beds are so comfy it was hard to get up in the morning.

Services first class; room very good but difficult to get to.

The Langham is wonderful. Comfy beds, clean rooms and excellent staff. I will go back!

We had a great stay in this hotel. We had wonderful time. I highly enjoyed my stay.

I have traveled to London many times and this hotel was a terrific find thanks to this site. The hotel was a steal and is centrally located to everything in London. The staff was accommodating at all times and genuinely seemed to care. The spa was great (but massages are quite pricey compared to the States). The bar was hopping and had an innovative bar menu. Overally, the experience could not have been better.

The Langham is a gorgeous hotel in a very central London location. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are quite small and breakfast is very expensive. We only had breakfast in the hotel one morning. There are several more affordable options down the street. The hotel bar is super fun!

The Langham has an amazing staff, I caught a cold during my stay, so they not only were able to bring me chicken soup (which wasn't on the menu), they made sure that my room was always warm, and even brought me some salt! The food is absolutely amazing, (at all 3 establishments) and the spa was to die for!

I just returned from a four-night stay at the Langham. The hotel was lovely and staff was superb. The room was smaller than I expected. I stayed in the "classic" but it was decorated beautifully and had a large bathroom. The location was perfect. There were cafes, restaurants and the tube all within a few blocks of the hotel. We did the afternoon tea and it was just fabulous! A little pricey but well worth the money. The concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The front desk provided us with a late checkout and when we arrived I was feeling a little under the weather and they had my room ready within an hour (and well before the check-in time). My only complaint was an odor in the room that I experienced the last night of my stay. I needed to sleep with the window open as it was pretty potent. I am not sure what it was but reported it to the front desk on my departure.

Just one night here was not enough! Staff couldn't have been more helpfula nd my suite was delightful, didn't want to leave!

"Class" is the only way to describe this exquisite hotel.

We stayed here over Xmas and this is the perfect location for shopping on Oxford St. It really does not get any better than that.

From beginning to end, we enjoyed a 5* experience! The hotel is visually beautiful. We came during the holidays and the decorations were stunning. The rooms, newly renovated were classic, elegant and extremely comfortable. The linens were luxurious and the service was impeccable. Turndown service every morning with slippers and water at the beside and a replenishment of fresh fruit that we enjoyed for breakfast. The business center was very convenient and well equipped. The concierge was extremely helpful in working with us to resolve our cancelled flights due to the impending stike. Finally, the location is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the Oxford Circus line, steps from Regent Street and Oxford Street's beautiful holiday lights and bustling shopping but just around the corner - so as to enjoy the quiet elegance of the hotel.

Perfect - we were well taken care of, made good use of the concierge, and the location was PERFECT for getting back from anywhere in the city, and walking out to all the shops.

This is a fantastic hotel. Really attentive staff and great, professional, prompt service.
