We recently spent four nights at this apartment with my family. I chose this accommodation despite the lack of previous reviews, drawn in by its location in a neighborhood with good accessibility. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the only positive aspect of our stay.To begin with, the apartment did not resemble the photos provided, raising concerns about the authenticity of the listing. Additionally, the address was inaccurate, leading us to a location near, but not at, the address provided. The property is situated in an alley, almost like a parking lot, and the apartment unit was directly across from a pub/bar. Guests should expect significant noise from the pub until 11 PM. This was not the case on Sunday.Cleanliness was a major issue. For our party of four, only three towels were provided for the entire four-night stay, and their cleanliness was questionable. The bathtub mat was extremely dirty, which was very unpleasant. The sheets for the sofa bed were badly wrinkled. even found dead spider in the bathroom. Overall, it seems as though the owners have attempted to offer this accommodation without putting in the necessary effort or investment, likely in hopes of a short-term profit. I cannot recommend this apartment/hotel.
