This was a fantastic location on Kensington High Street with great facilities which were modern and clean with a high spec. Excellent management. Would highly recommend.

Cheap and not great

Good location, but the room wasnā€™t great. The TV was broken and the internet barely worked. Lots of stairs and no lift, so heavy bags are a chore. Wouldnā€™t stay again, but it was a cheap rate so didnā€™t complain too much.

Hard to locate entrance

Trying to find the entrance to the studio was difficult The address and postcode take you to front on Kensington high street, studios are at the back of the shops Might be an idea to give people the address for the side road Also because it is gated access no buzzer for studios It was by chance someone was leaving that I gained entry Also no sign on front of building to tell you it was the studios All that being said once I got in the studio was ideal for one night stay

Convenient and clean

The Kensington High Street Suites were very clean and convenient. My only critisism was that even though the kitchen was clean and well stocked it didn't have any cups or mugs. It would have ben nice to have had a small stock of tea coffe and milk.

Avoid - Very Disappointing Experience

Room 21 is definitely not a ā€œLuxury Studio, Ensuite (Double)ā€, it is more like a bed sit with very few amenities. Cleanish, but tiny. We were not given any contact details or phone number, despite receiving a pre welcoming email. After spending 30 mins walking up and down Kensington High Street I had to message them twice via Hotels.Com to call me, as there is no front door to go to. Staff not very helpful. No amenity tray of any kind. A very disappointing experience for a first time customer that regularly stays in this area. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I donā€™t normally believe in doing negative reviews, but have made an exception on this occasion as I feel it is warranted.

This property was not worth what i paid. In the end it was 5 stories of climb. It was clean but as a ā€œstudio aptā€ it had no chairs or table to eat from. There was no nightstand and the economics of the room was disjointed. One lamp in the aptā€¦No service for the check in fine but I had to meet a cleaning lady off property down the street who had all my passport and info on her phone. It was disconcerting. The whole thing put me off. Even the streetnoise was really really bad. Constant honking all hours of the night. The bathroom was the only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. That was nice enough. I just felt cheated and wont be returning anytime soon.
