Room was great, reasonably spacious, comfortable queen size bed, staff were excellent, WiFi was average, breakfast is available at a restaurant that is “attached” by covered walkway to the hotel. We ate there only on the first morning. Coffee was literally terrible, very small selection of fruit and other cereals and hot items, no gluten free bakery items at all. For the price of 23.50GBP per person, it was poor value and quality.

Great hotel with easy check in and a 24 hour coffee/tea station in the lobby. Great option for traveling with friends or fam, spacious and clean rooms and the breakfast was 22p per person and absolutely worth it. The location was a 10/10, near every bus and a major underground station while also walkable to soho & british museum/trafalgar square. Also, the hotel was on a really cute street and will def come back when i visit london again.

We had a great stay here. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful when needed and the free coffee/espresso machine in the lobby was a really nice amenity.

I had a fantastic stay at Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden Holborn. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of London, with Covent Garden, the West End theatres, and Holborn station all just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. The room was modern, spotless, and well-designed for both work and relaxation. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and little touches like the complimentary water stations on each floor were a big plus. Everything felt geared towards making the stay as smooth as possible. Staff were welcoming and efficient throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and I found everyone genuinely helpful, whether it was answering questions or giving local recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional, and it really does feel like a “home base” in London rather than just a hotel. For business trips or city breaks, this place ticks all the boxes. Overall, Club Quarters Holborn offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience in one of the best locations in London. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The biggest pain was the lifts. One was out of order and the other took so long and was then full, that after waiting for what seemed like ages, we went and found the stairs.

One lift was broken so it took ages to get to your room and I couldn’t find the stairs. The room was very dark and the electricity didn’t work properly so we couldn’t use the air con.
