This hotel was super inconvenient for me and my husband who’s in a wheelchair. I had to push him from our tower 3 to the mgm casino. That’s the closest casino, which turned out to be a 20 walk. There was no shower chair available for him. No room service available. Sheets were super itchy. My husband’s wheelchair had a flat tire and they couldn’t do anything to help us out. I wouldn’t be staying here again

Great Save Two Items of Inconvenience.

Bathtub Jacuzzi button stopped working and I had to get maintenance to come at 12am to shut off the breaker to it. The front TV was static and didn’t work or connect to anything. Other than that, the unit was nice and comfortable.

I didn't realise I was actually booking an airbnb. They did no cleaning, I had to clean the bath before we used it. We virtually had no tv the whole time we were there(10 nights). We reported this to them 3 times and it took 8 days for somebody to appear. The reception staff were very helpful but were unable to do anything because it was a third party who ran it.
