The property itself is great! But being close to the highway, around 4am, you can hear the trucks beginning their daily routes. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

This property is clean, convenient , & consistently good all the time. Been coming to this Lancaster hotel since they opened. Only disappointment this week was the Continental Breakfast. Not much food and very little to choose from.

Location was excellent for all activities in the area
The room was spacious but had a mildewy, non fresh smell. Bedsheets looked like someone has just slept in them. Very limited breakfast choices. Apart from the above ok stay, relatively quiet considering location between two major roads.
Some aspects were dirty but overall pretty clean. The room itself had a nice little fridge, microwave, table for eating, plus couch area. Overall it was a nice and safe place to stay and I will plan to stay here when I come back next year.
My reservation was canceled a day earlier. No explanation why. Room was noisy. Truck noise and dogs winning all night

Stayed in a pet friendly room as we had our 6month old puppy. We had the stinkiest room. Smelled of smoke and dirty pet. Thought smell was normal as we never stayed in a pet room before and that it would dissipate but next day was even worse. Middle of first night loud banging and sounding like a heard of animals in room upstairs. Our dog went nuts and was so unsettled. Barking and just anxious. I got a total of 3 hours of sleep. Also there were straight pins in one of the curtains. They weren’t holding anything together so no idea why they were there. We freaked out and searched the floor on our knees to make sure there was nothing my pup could eat. At this point we were done and I went to the front to complain. I also had my wife bring our dog to stay somewhere else for the night. The front desk was shocked when I advised of the pins and smell and I offered several times to show them personally but she just offered another room. I went to the new room to check it out and it smelled and looked much cleaner. We took it as at this point it was later in the day and we just wanted to sleep and knew our dog was safe somewhere else. Next day at checkout discovered they didn’t even take the pet charge off even after I advised I sent my dog offsite due to my concerns. Skip this place. Seriously. It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel.
Clean and friendly. Thin walls and ceiling. I could hear the people in the room above us talking and walking around until 2:00 in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep.
Very pleasant, spacious room" we went to see Queen Estherand it was conveniently close.
The property is very clean. Rooms are up to date and super nice! Loved the USB ports and outlets in lamps, very convenient! The vending machines also took credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. Made for an easy midnight snack! I had a great stay!
