Upon check in the staff had an issue finding the reservation. Then when they finally found it, they asked for $100 cash or to keep either drivers license or credit card at the front desk until check out. Never heard of such a thing? One of the managers was even at the front desk, as I thought it was a joke. Wouldn't stay there again even though the room and hotel itself was nice.
This is the 4th time I have stayed here. Rooms are getting a bit dated, but the hotel is being remodeled in May 2011 to update it. Convenient location for access plus numerous restaurants in the area, several within walking, others a one minute drive. Staff is the best. May upgrades will include a hot breakfast capability instead of just the continental offered now.
