The staff were great and price was cheap. But you get what you pay for. There’s literally no sound proofing whatsoever. The first night we had to call the front desk because the people next to us had their tv up full blast and were yelling over top of it. The staff acted immediately which was awesome. The second night was fine. Third night people floors under us were yelling and screaming until 3:30 AM and I had to stand out on the deck and yell for them to shut up. The next night was the same thing from the same people only this time, even with the patio doors closed our whole rental smelled like weed and with young kids with us, it was really unpleasant. The smell was still there when I left. I called the staff around 1 am this time to tell them they were keeping all of us awake… again… and they acted immediately so there’s no issue with the service there. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all. We were a little bummed to come home and have to sleep in the same sheets. $25/person to access a pool was kind of crummy too. I don’t think I’ve been to a resort where they charge you to use the pool. Water slides or not. I loved the location and the fact you have a whole villa was awesome but the cons outweighed the pros which is a bummer because I come down a few times a year. If you have kids, you may be pretty bummed out with your experience if you have disrespectful neighbours. But again, shout out to the staff who took it serious and acted on it right away.

Everything about the 1 bed rool villa is amaxing the only thing i would change or suggest is that maybe put sli free steps next to the jacuzzi im 37 and had a hard time getting in and out safely i nearly slipped couple time trying to put my foot on the floor while getting out so their need to be steeps or something thing to ensure safety wile getting in and out of the hot tub besides that it was amazing and i def would recommend the hotel just say no to the tempting 100 dollars cause you will get stuck listening to a lecture about time sharing which noone cares about so i said no to that
