You said the restaurant and bar were open and they were not

Our experience was just ok. The room was clean and the staff was nice but the restaurant and bar were closed indefinitely. So none of the services advertised were available. When we got there one elevator was broken and later both elevators were broken. I would stay some place else next time. We were there to check our daughter into Keene State College so we will be back but we won't stay there again.

Nice clean hotel in good location. Easy walk to downtown Keene or the Co-op.

This hotel is convenient to both in town and out of town locations Great facility clean Rugs should be replaced with wood in rooms The parking facilities are out beside the frail trail and a 5 minute walk Could be lonely at night!

The usual chain hotel issues -- too much noise from groups of other guests in the hallway, impersonal service from staff who don't seem to be authorized to do anything other than apologize. Not particularly cheap either, but all in all a relatively neutral place to stay in Keene.

First of all let me say that the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Even though we were in town for a soccer tournament and spent most of our time at the field, it was nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee at the local coffee shop and listen to music in the square in the evening.

Had a great weekend with friends, couldn't have stayed at a better place, the location was great!

We had to travel to the Keene, NH area on short notice and this was the only hotel available at the time. The prices was a little higher than some of the others, but still not unreasonable. This hotel is clean and modern looking, with comfortable beds and bright common areas. There is a small indoor pool, but we didn't have a chance to try it on this stay. The only option for food is a small bar/dining area which is anchored around a Starbucks Coffee. We had one breakfast there and the food was average at best and for a relatively high price. We found we could do better taking the short walk to downtown Keene. Overall this is a very convenient location, close to downtown and a relatively short walk to the college. It is a clean, modern hotel, but with limited amenities. We will definitely consider it on future trips to the area.

I had 4 rooms reserved for Keene Pumpkinfest 2012. Great Hotel, Great Location. The staff could not have been more accommodating in handling my parties 4 rooms arriving a 4 separate times during a very busy day...the whole process was seamless.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a destination. The room smelled like smoke, the linens didn't seem fresh, and the front desk staff were rude. If you are looking to visit Keene, stay somewhere else.

Second stay at the Courtyard, once in Feb 2011 and once in June 2012. First time was right after opening, so some things were a bit off. But everything was great this past visit - hotel is clean and fresh, having a bar is great and the service is excellent. Cannot beat the location either.

Nicest place we've ever stayed at in Keene. We will definetly stay here every time we are in the Monadnock Region.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and great location to shops and dining.

My son ran the 26 marathon and this hotel was close and convenient to everything. I was able to walk to the run and see my son cross the finish line. We were close to great restaurants and store which made a difference when he was sore, achy and stiff post marathon. When he was sleeping off the exhaustion I was able to explore and have my favorite Starbucks coffee right in the hotel.

Front desk clerk was friendly and very quick to check us in but did not offer any info about the hotel amenities. Upon entering our room - not so good ! Bed was unmade and beer bottles etc were hanging around - YUK ! We promptly returned to the front desk - very apologetic and gave us a different room - much better ! The rooms are not very sound proof from hallway noises - passersby sound like they are in the room with you. The interactive wall map in the lobby for area attractions didnt seem to work and although the front desk is in direct view of it - no one offered to help as we fumbled with it ! We walked downtown - very convenient - had dinner at a casual restaurant and walked back and sat at the bar. Bartender "[...]" was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The Bistro cafe is a nice atmosphere and food was good. Overall not the best experience but I would stay again and give them a second chance.

Good morning Stephanie. Our lounge is only closed on Sundays and Mondays and breakfast sandwiches are available every day as well as complimentary coffee. One elevator was in fact down as the second one was able to be fixed within two hours. The only service not available currently is our fitness center. All items are detailed on our website as well as our augmented housekeeping services. Thank you again for your feedback and please have a wonderful week!
