A very clean hotel. Quiet. Great staff.

Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms! Comfy needs!

Easy check in and nice staff, but you can’t control the temperature in your room. There is a wall thermostat, but it’s set within a certain range and you can’t really change that. I ended up turning off the unit in my room because it was cold and it kept blasting 68 degree air even with the fan at low. The rooms are ok and clean enough but the energy saving curtains resembled recycled moldy shower curtains. Hotel is outside the Jefferson City limits which is why the rates are a little lower. The breakfast in the morning is good.

I booked 4 rooms for 3 nights through a third party. We were not supposed to be billed for them again. When the receipt for my room was under my door on the last day, I took it to the front desk to find out about it. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude. Normally the people at Hampton are extremely friendly and helpful. She was the opposite. I was so shocked by her rudeness, I emailed Hilton Honors to let them know. Also, our rooms were supposed to have refrigerators, and they didn't.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. Hot breakfast was also a nice touch. Nice stay and a good value. Recommend

Apparently they had cleaned the carpet in the room as it was wet, which made the entire room damp. Beds were also double not queen--too small!

Experienced no problems breakfast menue was greeeat!!

Very clean room, nice and comfy. Small rooms but I would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Booked the hotel on line to attend the state track and field events on Saturday. Rather disappointed in the quality of the hotel room. Below standard comfort in the bed, room smelled like it was a smoking room when in fact it was not, and there were small black worms found in the bed sheets. Not worth over a hundred dollars a night. Would not recommend!!

I was in Jefferson City on business;my wife accompanied me and spent more time in the facility. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of all areas we were in, the quietness of the hallways and the quality of the breakfast menu.

It was nice and clean with very helpful staff.

The Hampton Inn was a nice, quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Jefferson City, MO (which is not that big a city anyway). The internet service was a great help with the work that I did during my stay.

rude staff member
