Location is everything. This two bedroom, two bath townhome is in the heart of Indialantic. Walk across the street for shopping, dining or entertainment. Private Beach access with heated pool. Sit outside on the upstairs balcony sipping your morning drink of choice or evening cocktail while listening to the waves crash ashore. There is also a downstairs patio for lounging in the sun or you can stroll over to the pool. Plenty of room inside too, guest room features a queen bed alongside a twin and a king in the other. The living room features a futon allowing for plenty of sleeping arrangement options. You even have a private garage making it easy to unpack, and enjoy some extra privacy.

Great location!

This location can’t be beat - right on the beach and close to everything you could possibly need! The pool was also very convenient. The actual townhome was adequate. It was handy to have a garage and 2 full bathrooms. Management was very responsive regarding the couple of maintenance issues we had. The other renters in the complex were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, a lot of the furniture and decorations were shabby, outdated and mismatched, and the unit clearly has not been updated. The kitchen is very small, can hardly fit more than one person in there at a time. We actually ended up buying a few items at a thrift store to get us through the week. Luckily when you come to this location you don’t spend a lot of time in the unit.

We loved having the beach right there by us. We loved the heated pool. We swam every day. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very clean.

The location was perfect, my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, we enjoyed walks on the beach and the view of the ocean from the property benches. It was quiet and relaxing. The garage was equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy the Space Coast. JANICE was awesome and helped us work through some confusion on our end (a couple of times) so it all ended well!
