Room had smell, the tub sounded like it was going to break, faucets were really hard to turn on and off, and my wife had bed bugs bites!
Property was under staffed and kept running out of basic breakfast items such as OJ and spoons! Not sure what Wyndham is doing to the Super 8 chain, but it isn’t good. Second fairly poor stay at a Super 8!
The hallways were disgusting, especially the carpet, and smelled really bad. Our bathroom sink had not been cleaned, had soap residue from the last guest. But don't worry house cleaning took the time to write me a note. I wish she would have spent the time on the sink.

The staff were all in horrible moods and opening talking about how much they hated the owner. Stated multiple times that “this s*** hole was going under and the owner didn’t care.

key card didn't work on all the doors, towels enough for only 1, blankets dirty, no toilet paper, tv didn't work, no cups or liners for ice bucket ,sink and toilet way to low for tall people , overall not clean staff not available to help. I understand there are a lot of places short on staffing but i still have to pay full price for a bad room. Not happy!!
Our initial room was dark and dingy. The sound coming from what we guessed was the HVAC system was so loud that it vibrated the floor. The woman at the front desk seemed distracted and jittery. The other people staying there looked sketchy and if it wasn’t for the fact that we would lose $130, we would have left immediately.
Our room was great for the price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The condition of the hallway and carpeting was very run down. The towels were worn out and there were no washcloths, and the pillows were so small and soft they barely held up one's head. There was no coffee pot in the room and none available at the front desk. The breakfast was non existant and the "grab and go" meal was pitiful. There was only 1 tv channel, all the other were "not available", and need to be "authorized"? When I called down to the front desk to ask about the situation with the TV channels, no one would answer the phone!!! Elevator was not working one out of two days there, and that was quite inconvenient with luggage and given the 2nd floor. Very very poor and would not recommend to anyone..
