This is a budget hotel. Yes, the room is small. The building is old. However, the location is very good. Both subway, tram, buses are within minutes of hotel. The neighborhood is typical residential commercial mixed use where local people shop and eat. You can find fancier and better shops and restaurant an easy ride away

Best value for the money. Will definitely re-visit

Generally very good if you don’t mind a bit outdated room’s appearance, a bit tighter toilet space etc and those were reflected on the room rate which usually lower than others. Personally I’m all good with that, it’s location is so convenient with all kinds of traffic & I love the sky pool tge best. Definitely I will stay again for next visit. For improvement I think a security booth should be added on G/F entrance (near elevator lobbies & luggage storage area) to screen check for visitors/ hotel guest etc). Meanwhile anyone are free to enter/ leave the hotel’s floors even without a guest pass.

The location was less than five minute walk to subway and a flat walk and sea view and trams running on the next parallel road. So well connected rooms had everything and sea view made me smile every morning

The hotel and all the rooms seemed very old and run down. It was fine for a short stay but we didnt exactly enjoy it either. Also the bathroom is so small the toilet blocks the doorway and anyone over 6ft probably couldnt use the toilet as the bath would hit your legs.

This hotel would be better in a nicer part of town.... The staff were attentive but not friendly (no smiles) The room was cramped and bed was two singles joined together and was hard as concrete. Not a nice surrounding area, but only 2 min walk to MTR and Welcome Supermarket. Would not recommend or stay there again. Staff not very helpful at front desk. But the guy that was on the roof top on night of Friday 9th May was wonderful, very informative and helpful.... wish the rest of staff was like him!
