There was an issue with water and I could neither shower nor flush the toilet, and they did not offer me any solution nor compensation. Worst hotel I've EVER stayed in, anywhere in the world.

This is Havana... that being said, this is a jewel of find in Old Havana. The staff is friendly and helpful with the exception of the breakfast waiters. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and good for a hotel that caters to groups.The lobby is gorgeous with plenty of seating. The 24 hour bar is fully staffed with good drinks and snacks. The pool is wonderful! The beds are comfortable and my room was clean. Towels were large and thirsty. If you are looking for a hotel in Havana, I think you will be highly satisfied as long as you remember this is Cuba.

The hotel is very old but has a lot of charm. Friendly staff, great breakfast that was included and a terrific location in Old Havana. If I go again I would stay there.
