They have 24h desk clerk. I woke up in middle of night and sure enough, he was awake and alert on the job. It's the best hotel in that area. Its closr to interstate but not noisy. Next door to Waffle House. The owner/staff are extremely hospitable and concerned about their guests.
We didn't realize this hotel was connected to a casino. It worked out because it meant we were also connected to a restaurant/buffet ($24/person I believe) The hotel itself was very nice. If you want an actual view of the arch, I would call the hotel to confirm this. The staff was very accommodating. ...
Wonderful stay at the Hyatt regency. I wanted to stay right next to the arch so I could get up and do my sightseeing. Parking is tricky but I managed. Parked in the lot behind the hotel. The lobby was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. The only issue is I could tell housekeeping didn’t do a thorough ...
My expectation was low it was better than expected for the price i paid so i was overall happy with the hotel and service provided. I would definitly recommend this hotel for this location.
Great location, all the staff I came in contact with was nice and professional. The extras the hotels have are a nice addition: free cocktails, breafast and an evening appetizers. Great stay at this great hotel. Hotel very clean
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are large, the hotel doesn't seem very busy usually..or it's just so huge you don't notice. I always valet park my car and Uber anywhere I want to go. It is directly across from the Scott Trade Center and across the street from the train & mass transit ...
We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was excellent, the pool was a little chilly but the kids had a blast and it didn't seem to bother them. The arcade, giant chess set. and the playground were also nice to help keep the kids busy. The also offer a nice hot breakfast which was fantastic ...
Convenient quick atop over was cost effective with plenty of food choices, close to numerous hiways and attractions. Casino right hand if your into that. Free parking too!
Check in went easily enough, the room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked, and the TV was functional, no complaints.
Everything was great except check in was at 4p and I wasn't able to get into my room until almost 6p. I wanted to shower and get ready for my evening from my hotel room and was 2 hrs late due to my room not being ready on time. Nothing was offered either, it seemed like that should just be expected, which it was not because I paid over $300 for 1 night. That kind of money is not something I spend lightly.
Clean room, good staff, small but really good breakfast buffet.
